If, per say, SBDs were creatures that you could take for a mission, imagine the group required to even have it show up.

I guess what I'm saying is I think needing 20 people to pull a janta mission when everyone goes out and has no problem soloing them is retarded to begin with. If they want to solve the problem, then make every single possible mission available to everyone. If a n00b wants to go take on some Jantas, well that is his/her decision. Just lower the payout.

I think if the devs want to really control inflation, then when a person dies, they should lose a percent of credits on their person. I have been trying to figure this out for a while. Why does anyone put money in a bank, because it doesn't seem like I EVER LOSE ANY WHEN I DIE.

This would bring the economy back to normal REAL QUICK! A lot of people would get upset if they were in Geono for an entire buff, and dies on the way out, and lost half their credits, but hey, it makes more sense than earning $30k+ for a 4 enemy janta mission and "solo groups".

I think missions are weak, esp. for high-level players. For n00bs who need to know how the game works, fine, but high-level players bouncing back to the mission terminal again and again is sort of lame if you ask me.

Imagine how much more useful our skills would be if mission terminals would never give you a mission above cl10. People would actually have to go out and, heaven forbid, hunt things to get xp, etc....

ok, lets look at the facts here concerning recent deaths.

Oreet and Shubacca die on Dathomir killing Singing Mountain Clan Rancor Tamers.

Oreet, Brightblade, and Pandara die on Lok killing Kimogillas.

anyone else notice a common factor??

I think i'm just plain bad luck. caused 2 groups to all die in the last week. I guess I better just stick with my Droid Engineer/Tailor Alt for a while.

Or maybe because they are all red-cons that you shouldn't be able to kill easily anyway?

Nah... you're right. Must be the Rodian factor.

so then Shubacca's Wookiee factor wasn't enough to cancel out the Rodian factor?

Ya, I don't doubt that. I normally get killed when I travel with others, because I'm looking at their health more than I look at my own. Damn all you non-doctors that can't res me when I die!

I think Pandara is going Master Sword / Master Doc thought, so maybe somebody can res me for a change! LOL.

Will kill the solo group idea, which is good as it is currently the FOTM for the buff/armor gang.

So the 30k for one person Mott missions just dropped to maybe a 5k payout. Oh how sad.

I can hunt torturs for that.

I like it.

Well, at least we didn't have any Bothans with us. We wouldn't have lasted even half as long if we had one of those smelly yelping dogs following us around.

by the way, where's the wookiee smiley?

They have a bothan and a rodian one, so where's the wookiee love? and the mon cal's too. and the leezards. the ithorians and sullustans don't deserve smileys, cuz they are newbies, but wookiees have been around since day one.

unfortunatly, the C3P0 or the Bothan are the closest to a wookiee they've got here.

This also could be a prep for the CU. The only reason you can solo a Janta or Mokk mission without difficulty is buffs and armor. Those are going to have to be changed in the CU. If they are expecting that noone will be able to solo these guys anymore, why should they do anything to preserve solo groups? It saves them a lot of grief if they optimize groups for the CU now, and perhaps straighten out the inflated economy while they are at it.
