Thread: Trapping XP fixed in Publish 20

But that going of what we had already is what we should of had (if phec didnt perma root and ad mesh worked).
Phec timer pops at 30 secs right? I would expect Ad Mesh to do the same so a root and snare at 30 each. The devastating snare was in reference to how slow the creatures used to run whilst snared or if you only lob one trap and let the timer run out, know what i mean? They are ten times slow than what my kneecap slows.
Um, what about our revamp? Are we going to get screwed, so they aren't telling us anything about it? Because if we knew ahead of time we would be able to ask them to change their minds, and they don't really like to do that.
I mean, is that all they are going to do for traps on Publish 20? We need serious additions to this profession, and I doubt they have been working on them. Otherwise, we'd see Owen posting "Ok, the Devs need your opinion on this topic for our revamp." Or, something to that effect, even if it isn't by Owen and instead by a Dev.
Trapping xp is hard for new players. If they complained about /rescue, would that be changed? What about Mask Scent? Creature Knowledge has been all but forgotten it would seem.
It's Christmas time in Rangerville......things are going great.........
it's christmas time in Rangerville....... I'm going to go kill me a Krayt.....
REPORT ME NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't help but wonder, WHAT will be BROKEN with the patch...
Must be me alone, I guess...
Its not a revamp. But it might make us more useful by giving us our states back with working traps.

Look me up when it does
.
TC-Bloodfin went up yesterday (Friday) and must be a very recent snapshot as my new toon there, a wookiee called Eleven, was copied over.
Soon as I stop watching WotW I'll trundle over there.
Let's not walk that road shall we?

Its not you alone. But thats what test center is for. For once I have to be optimistic. At least we have some word on whats going on. If its truly more then a fix for trapping and includes all of our other traps. Its a good thing.
