The Great melon Nerf War of 03 was fought cause of the reduction of Melons given to new characters.
One time, in a Galaxy Starting Terminal far, far Away, new characters were Gifted 3, yes THREE, Maroj melons upon character creation.
These 3 melons would keep the new character company on the long walks across the planet as mounts and vehicles were not created yet.
These Melons were sacred and were priceless to those who knew their true value.
Then they reduced their number from 3 to 1.
We begged to have the number raised, but for naught, we were ignored, scorned, forgotten. Those of us who survived traveled the worlds and spread the legacy of the melons.
Sadly, almost all are gone and now, a new character only recieves 1, yes ONE, Maroj melon upon creation now.
It is sad, but we lost the Great Melon Nerf War of 03 and thus, we hold every Melon in reverance from that day forth.
And now with JTL coming out, we have heard rumors. Nay, PROPHECY of a SPACE MELON!
Glorious days are a coming!
