Thank you for pointing that out. I need to update that part and missed in on my last pass-through.
It's a fairly recent change, but the system now checks to see if the new owner has the required skill as well. You can still drop the required skill once the structure is placed, but you can only transfer it to someone who has the ability to own it. Once they become the new owner, they can also drop the skill.
Thx for clearing that up for me so quickly, still no reply on the ticket I sent, lol.

I am having a few problems with the way these Rank systems are set up.
The devs, I think, have NO clue as to what they are doing here...seriousely....
Ok, the boxes that you can train at the bottom row show that you can...Place a small garden, register your city...place a statue and a streetlamp...etc.
Why in the world, would you have to be a Rank 3 in order to register your city on the map if it tells you that you can train that box.
This is how I see it...either switch these boxes around to where row one is rank one, row 2 is rank 2 and so on...I'm talking all the way accross...not the trees themselves going up them but to the left and to the right from side to side.
OR Do Away with the Ranks Completely. Why would you allow someone to train in a box where it says they can PLACE something when they actually can't untill their city hits a certain rank...it doesn't make sense and is just not right.
Khristen, Please show this to the devs. Thank you.

Is the city rank supposed to effect the maximum level of missions given by terminals within the city. There is a metropolis near our city that currently gives max lvl 80 missions from all of its terminals. Our city updated to metropolis about three weeks ago and is still giving max lvl 60 missions from our terminals. I have tried replacing all the terminals and in varios locations without any luck. I submitted a ticket and was told to submit it as a bug, I submitted the bug over a week ago without reply. Khristen, You seem to give better info and advice than the dev's in matters like this any ideas?
Thx in advance
Rolln
It seems to be all in the location of the terminal. City rank has no bearing on mission levels, nor does Improved Job Market. There's a thread in the stickies where I'm trying to gather up as much information as possible.
There are apparently supposed to be zones of mission difficulties, but I don't think those zones are working properly. If they are, then they're screwy.
Just as a side note, you never receive a response from /bug reports only from CSR tickets.
What determins say how many streetlights can be placed? And what the advancment? like if its by city lvl how many can i place at tier 2 or of it its skill based, so how many can i place at whatever box?
thanks
