Shamera Kye, Mayor of Fairfolk on Dantooine, Tempest. Fairfolk had, at the time of the election, 69 citizens. The town grew to a city, and I got 100 politician xps. What do I do, besides open a ticket, to get the missing 6800xps?

I agree. Im pulling data from the boards and sending it in. If the shift is bigger, it is in localized regions and Im trying to find out what variable is causing that. Lots of people are working late to get this into the live publish.


Please see my post earlier in this thread that requests specific data. I need the short list of questions here answered so if its a really big item, I can take care of it. Thanks.

Okay, now that I have your attention ... ... I did post this information above, and yes this is anextreme problem.


Server: Lowca
Planet: Lok
City Name: Kimo


Issue: Our city did not grow last night, and despite the fact thatour mayor receiving an email that it was now ranked 4 as a city, it still shows as a township.


Specifics:


Original City Hall Waypoint: -1911 -2366
Current City Hall Terminal Waypoint: -1902 -2334
Current Radius of Township: 300 meters
Current Distance to NO BUILD ZONE patched in after we placed our City Hall: 330 meters
Current Distance of City Hall to Imperial Outpost: 500+ meters


I suspect that the radius of our city, when it attempted to grow, intersected the no-build zone of the Imperial Outpost, and I'll reitterate that this no-build zone was added after we placed our City Hall. I can also confirm that wecontacted a CSR once we learned of the no-build zone and were informed that our city location was "approved". There was no mention of our city being unable to expand all the way to Metropolis.


Had the no-build zone not been added, we would not be having this problem.


Our mayor has filed a CSR ticket, but past experience tells us this won't come to fruition anytime in the near future.


Please provide instruction or assistance.


A CSR can contact me this eveningin game by the name Belgar ... or our mayor by the name Giorgio.

Issue:The radius appears to have shifted at our city around 10 meters in 3 days. Its now about to loose houses from the city limits.

Issue: We've probably drifted at least 75m to the north, and are currently losing houses on the southmost border. At least two or three houses have already ended up outside the border now.

Issue:Changing the travel fee to zero caused shuttleport to go bugged. Can no longer access travel terminal and attempts to change the fee back to the default 100 creds results in a This city does not have a shuttleport error. When we didnt have a shuttleport though thefee was:"No shuttleport."

Issue: The whole city is gone. Our city hall, clone center, bank all vanished thursday morning. I do not feel I need to add much more as it is alot like what has happened in the above posts ... but I wanted thunder to be able to look into this area on corellia and see if there is an issue he can see. Oh we had over a mill in the maint for the buildings so I know thats not an issue. I realize this will be fixed but I am currious .. will our buildings be returned or do we have to start over ... will we be bumped to where we woulda been had this whole issue not happened (we woulda got a shuttleport this week) or are we gonna be screwed out of a weeks worth of votes ( or worse a whole month and have to start over from scratch ) ...

we added a base a couple weeks after the update and the city grew to encompass that. Don't know if that had anything to do with it. Relating to earlier poster about base. Tal Vella, Corellia, Starsider

I recommend SWG deactivates the Plate Tectonics Function until the city zoning issue is fixed. Besides 4-5m every day is a bit fast don't you think?

CITY NAME: Mos Nihil

ISSUE: Nothing to do with radius, tho I haven't honestly checked. Our problem focuses on this mornings city updates. Our mayor got the xp, and confirmation of level 4. He was awarded 5500 xp taking him to 5800, so I know we were at the 55 mark. A 56th vote was a second mayor who was running for office as well. We were also the first city on Bria and have grown everyweek since creation, so caps are not the problem either. Well, as I am sure you've figured out, when our mayor arrived back at Mos Nihil, he got the township message. Checking the Terminal yielded the level 3 info with a 6 day timer for next update. Thinking it might be just lag, I submitted a CSR ticket, and waited... for 12 hours, but still no change, or info from the CSR's.

Checked the Center we appear to be ok as far as city Radius goes, maybe a slight shift, but no more than a few meters.

Yeah what about the no exp bug. My city just updated, and I got nothing, not one point..... Yes, of course I won silly, I got the emails and everything.
