Thread: Time for me to collect some issues
1. A mayor should be able to see the owner of a house (by /examining the sign) and other buildings ... I know he get's a mail when placed, but with lots of the same structure you can't tell which is which ... plus the posibility of /tranferstructure
2. Decorations - Limit to low, placing to inaccurate (goes for terminals as well)
3. A seperate system to grant /grantZoningRights
1. Some mission terminals drop through the city hall stairs and end up inaccessible. You are still charged for them, but can't remove them without a CSR's help.
2. Autovoting needs to be activated by logging in or something to reduce cross-server vote swapping.
3. Radius for second levelshould be increased from 200 to 225 or 250 to smooth out the size increase rate.
1) Different size city halls for different size cities
2) Roads
3) City Reports: available on request via mail oftaxes, buildings (including waypoint and owner), and buildings that will be incorporated IF you grow
4) Streetlamps shoud be 1/5 of a decoration for maintenancecost and number of decorations.

3.Spread out the Decorations better(2 gardens in one box? Why?) and reduce the cost (1k for a dumb streetlamp?), also adding Roads and paths.
2) More building tolerance should be allowed in placement of buildings(and perhaps allowing us to see the footprint of each building type and see if an area is buildable even if we can't place that building. i.e. Hospitals/Cantinas etc)
3) A different source(limited) of xp should be provided to a mayor.

Agreed on this one. Very big issue I believe.

1) I don't have a city...fix that
But seriously caps do need to get addressed and raised if not eliminated all together.
2) It seems that placing items outside is difficult so make them like house items with /move forward (back) and /rotate left (right).
3) Allow furniture to be put outside in a city as a fraction of a decoration so we can have patios outside of a cantina, and make an area into a real colliseum, if the ground lets tournament style seating. Also make a few new pieces of furniture that work as umbrella's and such for said patios et. al.
And speaking of this has anyone tried to place decorations on top of their PA hall or any balcony yet? Can you do it or are the roofs still screwy itemwise?
Much as I like the idea of additions and improvements... lets concentrate on fixing:
1) Deeds, I'd like to be able to place all the buildings I'm supposed to. This is a critical problem, most people aren't complaining yet cuz they haven't run into it due to their level... but it will only grow as politicians become more experienced... fix it before its a problem imo...
2) Remove /grantzoningrights from Militia, add a time deliminator to /grantzoningrights for the mayor... thus a mayor can grant for just a few hours or for months, thereby allowing delegation of responsibility to individuals who can /transferstructure without spreading zoning rights too thinly...
3) Spynet Operatives... add to Skill Trainer skill... paid for by the city...

3. Increase structure tax for single structure so griefing harvesters can beencouragedto leave the city.
1. Flatten Terain, either it's done automaticlly when placing the city hall out to the 500m or by a charging the city per lot/block to flatten it out.
2. Roads and walls please, costs credits to place them,,does not count towards city decorations..can cost maintinence.
3. Streetlamps do not count as a decorations.
