1) Take /grantzoningrights away from militia. I agree with the /grantzoningpermissions that would only let people who have received this command from the mayor to grant rights.

2) Zoning should be extended to largest possible size of a city (450m) even if this area cannot be used until the city is of that rank. This would solve the griefing problem.

3) Items that other cities have.. public crafting stations, baazar terminals, streets, walls, ect.

4. Require citizens to actually cast their vote (even for the incumbant) in order for that politician to receive experience. This will fight against "ghost town" exploits and require citizens to be at least a little bit active by having to be in the city hall once a week.

1. Caps need to be removed or altered.

2. City population minimums need to be raised. I reccomend 25 to make a city. This keeps all of the rinky dink towns that intend to stay that way just to maintain control and waste a city slot.

3.No build zones need to be increased between cities and player cities to keep bunching to a minimum.

Oh man... where to begin...

1. Militia should not have zoning rights by defualt, it should be a seperate option of the mayor, maybe even create a new position called city consultant that you get at city decorations 1, those people get to plant buildings and what not...that should not be a job for millitia.

2. We REALLY need to be able to see who owns a building. When a structure is plopped down right outside city limits and we need it move, there is nothing we can do. Please allow mayors to see who owns a structure by doing /examine. ALSO we need some way of evicting someone... If a structure is within 100m of our current control area, or within 450m of city hall, whatever is smallest, we need to be able to /evict someone which wil give them 72 hours to move, otherwise they will have a perma-TEF in town until the structure has been moved.

3. Streetlamps should not count towards your decorations and maintenance on decorations shouldn't cost so much.

1. Faction NPCs should not attack militiamen when they use /citywarn. If one Imperial uses it on another Imperial, all of the Stormtroopers in our town's Fort attack the militiaman.

2. It would be nice if Mayor's could have sort of a "planning system" where they could look at the overview map and see what areas are buildible and not.

3. Streetlamps should not count as city decorations. OR drastically raise the amount of city decorations.

1) /warnharvestorand /warnfactory 72 hour warningif within city limits to be redeeded. End result if no redeed if destruction. Need more city perks ie gardens placed around, not machines...will enhance player city look and feel. Add: Target structure becomes TEF'd (targetable) and can be attacked by city militia after the timer has elapsed.

2) Street lights shouldn't cost so much to maintain. Nor should street lights count towards a city's decorations.

3) City Chat Channel Auto Join (just like a giuld channel).

4) Militia Rank System granted by the Mayor or city council.

1. Allow pre-city structures to opt out of joining the city. (Unincorporated areas)

2. Create a city council with seperate powers (zoning, improvement placement, etc.) from the security force. Perhaps include requirements that Mayors get majority approval from councils for big ticket actions and the ability for a council to veto or unanimously overturn Mayor decisions.

3. Increase minimum creation distance to 2000m from major non-player cities and/or require outposts to expand within a time limit or lose city hall.

1. Decorations, such as statues and such that people have in their personal homes should not count in the city decorations and the city should not have to pay maintainance on it. I didnt realize this happens until i looked on the list of decorations that the city is paying for, and there was two naboo head statues on the list. I had not placed any at the time.

2. Need a city council to give /grantzoningrights not militia.

3. Should be able to remove someone from the city, that is a citizen. Possibly a command that gives them 48 hours or so to get there stuff or it will be destroyed.

1. Treasury breakdown of incoming taxes, along with reporting by email to the Mayor of who donated cash to the Treasury

2. Remove zoning rights from Militia, add new group to the terminal specifically for Zoning Rights.

3. Enable viewing of who owns which structures within the City for the Mayor. Better still allow this for ALL structures.

Many people are mentioning city council and others want another way to get political experience. So, how about...

1. A town council.

2. Those on the town council get a certain amount of political experience.

1. Inability to find out who owns things. Just the ability to send mail to owner would be excellent, it wouldnt even have to tell the mayor the actual owners name. Someway, anyway, of contacting people with harvesters, buildings, or whatever would be great.

2. Ability to admin players on the city hall, not all mayors have decorating skills.

3. Since the mayors vote does not count remove him from the citizen count to prevent people from miscalculating xp.

1. More ways for mayors to gain XP than just votes.

2. Admin rights or something on the city hall so citizens can place decorations

3. More jobs for people in the city other than just militia and mayor.
