Wow this is messed up.

They really need to fix this. This is the kinda stuff that will make a guild leader tell everyone to switch to Horizons when it comes out next month.

I hope they fix this.

This is really anoying.

The only thing that still keeps me playing is ourcity, and the people there. And now our mayor can't get his xp.

I am very sorry to hear that you are having problems with your new city. However i looked into it and your city is a rank 2 (village) witch is nomore then any other city as of now.

As for you not having any xp are you sure that everyone voted?

There is a 2,000 xp cap and if you went over that cap you will not gain any xp over that aid number. (EXAMPLE) you needed 20 people to advance witch your city did. that will net you the cap number of 2,000 im sorry but you can not receive any more then that.

"First off I said i had 0 xp none what the hell is this guy talking about? I know for sertain that Pash one of the mayor's on my server got 5.7k xp for his city? CAP?!!!!"

This is a known problem your not reading what im saying or just avoiding it

I GOT 0 XP the city advanced fine but have no xp i personly took every person up to vote fter placing there house now granted out of 32 people even if one was a moron and didn't do it right or even if 5 were completly clueless 1 out of 32 THEM WOULD HAVE GOT IT RIGHT!!! I got 0 that means no xp NONE!!!

What is wrong with you are you not reading what im typing? no im not deleting this ticket untill you FIX THIS ASAP I HAVE 0 XP unless the cap is 0 then something is wrong i had 32 votes not counting me as mayor i should have 3.2k xp i have 0 DO YOU UNNDERSTAND 0 it means none nadda zilch

i want to talk witha csr either in game or on the phone sence you guys obvisouly can't read. Im in the game about 8 hours a day or o. send me a tell iv had csr send me a tell in game so i know you guys do it! just please fix this now!

Needless to say i was upset they don't have a clue so were not getting our xp nor does it sound like there fixing it!

will see in about 4 days when my city updates i have 39 people now i should have 3.9 xp PLUS last weeks if i get 0 again im canceling my account

if this affected everyone I think we could accept it, but it doesn't - some people got their XP as expected, and some have had it credited by CSR's - we are all paying the same so we should expect the same level of service.

there are an awful lot of very unhappy players at the moment, and the lack of response from SOE is not helping one little bit....

bah most disturbing. Politiciansneed to be given the benfit of the doubt here or SOE need to dedicate time and manpower to trawling server logs (hehe wonder if that will ever happen, us Europeans are still waiting for the Euro server logs to be looked at to detemine the first City Halls..). At some point SOE has to realise that the majority of players in SWG *Arent* out to con the system, exploit a bug etc etc - and the majority of politicians are honest trustworth upstanding members of the community...for them to be treated this way is just wrong

My hole guild is spamming tickets until they fix it.. or make an official post about it..

i also had all my people all 40 of spam them tickits with my Char's name and that there mayor didn't get and that they all voted they can't ignore all of us!!

yepp they suck! I have sent like 10 tickets before.. Items and pets poffing and stuff like that, but never got a single awnser..

Everquest gamemasters and guides where like 1000 times better..

well now you may know why they are taking so long to get to you.... they have to go through everyticket to get to yours and I'm sure you're not the first to think of this master plan

Well if they did there jobb in the first place we would not be sending 100 tickets.. all they have to do is post an official statment on the major issues so ppl know whats going on and what they are doing to get the exp back.. ill even accept them not giving exp back.. as long as they tell me whats what and what they are doing.. this /ignore from CSR is just crap!

Maybe they should hire some more CSR guys... its not likethey dont have the money..
