A CSR has fixed the problem for one player by manually adjusting his XP. I'd suggest everyone opens a support ticket and asks for the same temporary solution.

Told you they could adjust your xp if they wanted too. I'm not dumb, they just think I am.

I got a response back quickly enough but I'm not better off. The CSR said he had been advised by the CSR lead *not* to refund XP. This, apparently, will cause more problems than it will fix and wouldn't solve the vote issue for the election.

Granted, it won't fix the election bug. But it would at least go some way to rectifying the problem. I take this to mean that none of the politician players who are bugged will ever get a refund of the lost XP? May I ask why? Can't the log files be checked to verify that we aren't lying through our teeth about the number of votes we obtained?

I am really disappointed by the lack of information and support on such an important "showstopper" bug. Right now I feel like waving goodbye to SWG (but I probably won't, at least for now...).

Come on SOE - give us some support here! This issue is affecting a lot of player communities and, as far as I can tell, there has been ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE.

I've had a ticket open now 4 2 days and i've still had no answer from any 1 at all, this is simply not acceptable, i want a god **edit** answer not this silence BS. Every 1 should get what they've worked hard for, not SOE getting lots of money for doing nothing at all. Give us some answers, xp, anything at all just do something.

A CSR just confirmed that they have been instructed NOT to reimburse any XP lost through this bug. They will not be reimbursing any XP even once the bug has been fixed. Kiss goodbye to that XP guys - it's gone. Again - this is simply not good enough.

The one suggestion the CSR made was as follows: rename your PROFILES folder to TEMP. When you next log in to Galaxies then a new profiles folder will be created. The accumulated crud in this folder is apparently one of the top causes of bugs affecting characters so I guess it's worth a shot. This won't bring back your lost XP but if it means the bugmight notaffect me in the next election it's got to be worth a try.

I am the mayor of Dune City on Lok... I placed my city at 5am Friday... it has now been over 56 hours since the... I had no competition and 20 citizens and like everyone else I have recieved NOTHING... this is ridiculous... as a mayor I have promised people things that we would get and I can't do a god **edit** thing... being on Lok it's hard to keep people out here and I can't even get a mission terminal to help keep them... I expect this to be fixed RIGHT AWAY... but of course... it won't be... we'll probably go another week without XP.

Oh, and one more thing... Tatooine houses built pre-patch could only be built on Tat, but post-patch can be built on Tat, Lok, and Dantooine... I figured this would be the3 same with othe4r structures such as PA halls... and since I was forced to move to Lok for Tat because of the player city cap I would like to bring my guild with us.... but no, we have to leave our guild on tat, get people signed up there, then brign them to the city... plus I wasted all kinds of resources building another guild hall

I'm fed up with this game... and have been screwed over too many times... I love this game and think it may been one of the best games ever... but everything that's messed up never gets fixed... I don't even want to play anymore... I DON'T EVEN WANT TO PLAY ANYMORE... and I'm sure like always my cries will go........ unheard.

At present I no feel the need or the desire to log on to SWG. The bug I can accept - they are part and parcel of what MMOs are and you just have to wait them out unfortunately. What I can't accept is the complete silence from any red names and a total lack of customer support on what is the biggest bug currently in the game.

I'm going to take a few days away from SWG and see if there is any response to this issue. I've PM'd Thunderheart and posted here and on the Discussion board. I've logged a bug report and opened two support tickets. I don't think there is anything else I can do except wait to see if SOE can salvage this and give me a reason to continue playing.

I'm a citizen of Fort Biggs, starsider, and after 24 hours, still no xp. CSR's in the chat window only reply that they are too busy to "address the situation"....

From looking on the forums it seems to me that everyone on primary planets got their XP and no one on secondary planets did... can anyone verify this???

"Greetings CSR-NormP here. You will not gain experience for each vote. You should get experience on a weekly timer for your actions. Please close your ticket if you are no longer in need of assistance. I wish you well and the best of luck with your city."

I have been waiting since THURSDAY NIGHT for this response!

Are you kidding me? We do not gain experience for each vote! Did they change something, what is this?

We had 32 people in out city, I got elected, they had all voted BEFORE the city advaced and I got ZERO politician XP and this is the response I get to my ticket.
