Martial Policy fourallows faction based mission terminals.
The Master Politician box grants more City Specs, though I can't remember which off the top of my head. I read a rumor somewhere that Master Politician also grants the power to declare two City Specs, but I don't know if that's true.
I haven't checked in a few days so you might want to confirm this.
I heard that master politician got those 2 city specs as well, but according to the guy who wrote up this spreadsheet (and he sounds like he knows what hes doing) there isn't anything there.
Is this just an omission or is politician set to launch with 2 worthless skill boxes? I don't have a character on TC so I can't confirm this on my own.....if anyone knows please post here.
Why is a Cantina 7 lots but a med center is only 3. None of my master dancers/musicians/chef's have that many open slots. I'm a master dancer myself but I am my guild leader and have my pa hall on my lots. That's just crazy. Please tell me that will be fixed or has been posted incorrectly. Thanks

I've updated again. Version 0.8. This is likely the final version before this 900lb gorilla goes live tomorrow. Version 1.0 will then be uploaded once I start getting word on last-minute changes and what-not.
Individual questions:
- There is currently nothing noted in Martial Policy IV. Faction Terminals are granted at Martial III.
- The "additional specialization" for Master Politician is the ability to take on any single additional specialization, which you can get in the Civic, Martial or Fiscal Policy lines. As far as I have been able to confirm, that could be anything from Manufacturing and Research to Entertainment and Stronghold to Medical and Cloning.

I was guessing, but based on the usual Patch schedule. Hehe, since I'm writing this after the servers would have normally been down for said patch, and I've already been in to confirm that no Politician Trainers are on my Live server, I'll just go ahead and assume I was wrong ![]()
Eboon, I'm sorry I haven't been able to answer your question. My impression is that the maintenance fee check on the City Hall is done once a week, but the taxation of structures happens every hour. If you use the Property Tax system, it adds some fee to all maintenance fees of all structures within the city boundary, and that fee gets deducted minutely/hourly.
But the City Hall may just need to have X number of credits at the end of a standard voting cycle.
