Since politicians can only get their XP once a week, well, they'd really better make sure the CSRs can deal with this sort of problem! My city update is coming soon. Hope it works.

Depending on when you placed and updated, it may take a while . . . I think my XP took about 18 hours to come in.

I'm also suffering from the same bug: 29 citizens at the time voting closed on Thursday. It's now Sunday morning and I still have 0 XP.

A CSR asked me to close my support ticket as there was nothing he could do.

Can we have some info on the status of this issue please? Is it going to be fixed before Thursday and the next City update? Are we going to have our XP returned?

come on SOE sort it out i'm waiting 4 35 votes worth of xp 2 come in since thursday and it's now sunday, more than enough time 2 sort it

Bump : this needs answering. Most of players with this issue are GL or leaders of cities - and thus have significant influence overmany paying customers. It goes beyond 10 players. I really suggest addressing this today.

ok my city updated 11pm thursday night went to rank 2 village 32 people voted

its sunday morning i have NO XP i figure if i aint got it now im not going to., but if i don't get my xp Imclosing my account. i knopw SOE don't care and i know most of you don't care but i worked 4 to 5 mopths on this worked 10 times harder on this then the citys that are reghistered on my planet as of now its not fair!

I love this game but this is just unaccpetable. we are hearing nothing but were looking into it.

Bottome line its our XP we deserve it just as much as the mayor taht got it all i want to hear is its being fixed don't worrie you will get your xp thats missing but ...... nothing!!!

next week update 5 days 4 hours away will see i guess maybe those other mayor that got xp will get screwed this week to. and then they have to do somethjing about it.

i say they take our $14.95 a month and hiresome monkeys to code for them. is your budgedt that tight SOE? we are paying customers, we deserve the respect of knowing what thehell is going on here. Plinka, do you ignore threads you don't have an answer for? Do you even read these boards?

A swift answer on this problem would be greatly appreciated. As it stands I currently feel no motiviation for logging in to SWG other to check if I have my missing XP.

This issue is causing me not to play and is directly affecting more than 40 other player who inhabit our Player City. They have no mission terminals, miltia or civic buildings other than the City Hall. If this isn't resolved by Thursday when another vote completes then they will also be missing the benfits of a bank and gardens.

This problem has been known about since thursday and we should have had some answer to these questions already, considering how serious an issue it is.
