Hello, I am the mayor of a small village on naritus, our city is called Warr Torrn, and we are based in Talus. I stayed up all night last night waiting for the update to occur. Our first week is over, the update hashappened, I had 22 votes... Meaning I should have aquired 2200 political XP, right? However, I have 0. I Havn't seen any other posts about this bug, has ithappened to anyone else? I am frustrated too the point where I cannot even bring myself to play the game untilit was fixed. I wasvery close to being a master BE, and I dropped all my hard work to be mayor, and now it just isn't working. I am not the only frustrated one, there aremany citizens of this town who are just as saddened as I. Aside from submitting a ticket that will probably never get read, I don't know what else to do, and this may cost the game a few players. What is wrong here? Where is my XP and how do i get what I deserve?

The mayor of my city had the same thing happen. City upgraded to village, he was successfully voted mayor. We were looking forward to being registered on the world map. No experience points gained for the update and the 21 votes he received. Sure would be nice if we could get an offical response on this from a Dev or a correspondant. He submited a CSR ticket but I'm not sure how much good thats gonna do.

With anymore citys than there are on the live servers and this many people having this much trouble, how in the world did a bug like this get missed in the freaking test center? Mayors getting xp is the lifeblood of a city wishing to grow and thrive. Our city is 4k from the nearest static city, and people finding us on the map is important for us to grow, and come buy stuff off our vendors.

What do you mean CSR says there is nothing they can do. They can do whatever they want. They can look in the log and see how many people there were in the city at the time of the update, see if there was another mayor opposing the incumbant then award xp to the winning mayor. If they can manually update the size of the city when it doesn't change and it should have, they're lieing if they tell you they can't award you xp you should have gained for winning the mayor race.

I'm really getting sick and tired of this GD games numerous bugs and the lack of competent people working to fix them. Then instead of fixing the bugs they add something new that only adds more bugs to the game. Considering the only way a mayor can gain xp is the once a week city update. It is total BS that the mayors who didn't gain xp have to wait a whole other week to see if they get lucky enough to gain xp the following week is a bunch of crap. If it wasn't for the people in this game that I've made friends with I would of quit a long time ago. Because I've never seenor played a game ever released with this many bugs and no fixes, then they force me to pay a monthly fee to play it to boot.

I am the mayor of Fort Biggs, LOK (Starsider) We have 21 citizens and I received ZERO xp. Zip, Notta, None. It is my assumption that the lack of anyone even acknowledging that there is a problem just tells me that they are totally clueless. If I had a CSR at least acknowledge me and tell me that their aware of it and not sure how to fix it I would be annoyed, but ok with it. I understand that unexpected things happen, all of us do, but to ignore us, is an outright slap in the face.
