Thread: Top 5!

Having a well decorated city, or visible city at night, is pretty important.Where can I find the document that talks about the other issues that did not make the top 5?Currently my biggest issue is the limit of decorations I can place. Do the developers know how dark the SWG Cities are at night? Sure would be nice if each building had an entryway light . I keep running into the darn walls trying to find the door or ramp up to the door during night time hours *chuckles*. Buildings with no lights, Speeders with no head lights, not enough street lights can be place, I tell ya our mortality rate from speeder recks and the pedestrian fatality rate jumps WAY up at night !Ya need to be a Darn Jedi just so you can use your light saber to see where the heck you are going at night in these cities! Thanks.Message Edited by lee980825 on 01-11-2005 10:56 AM

As we are a neutral city defenses aren't a topic ... and I really don't know what the devs should do for this point as walls are out of the question and since faction related issues should be part of a seperate GCW listing.Message Edited by DaQuilla on 01-12-2005 09:01 AM
city defenses aren't just for the GCW folks, I was more concerned with the little protection /cityban provide to a city

from our top 5 poll, here are the top 5 issues:
- politician skill point cost
- master politician benefits
- city management tools: city ledger, ability to see structure owner, etc.
- more revenue sources: trainer/mission terminal profit
- better city defenses
issues such as fixing sales tax, "mayor of" title, shipwright trainers, increase decoration limit, etc., are included in a different document.
do these look ok?

You used to be able to make private chat channels where the moderator had to invite individuals to join. The person you're inviting has to be online at the time, but with the new system it should carry over to the next session. I'm not 100% certain of this, though.
I had a macro to create a private channel everytime I logged on but in the old way (and I was the only one that made the macro for this), the channel was gone when (1) the last person in the channel left or (2) servers shut down. I had to update this macro everytime we gained or lost a resident. The person didn't need to be on to join. The macro created a list of people who could join. But now the private mechanism no longer carries over. I've had to report harassment on people joining our channel and berating or harassing people in the channel.
