Actually I've had the feeling for quite a while that they don't give a flying fambaa about what they would call a "temporary setback".

I'm not trying to be mean, but does anyone think of the monumental endevor SWG is? Even if there was an individual server with a hundred technicians in every state/ province there would still be problems. Everquest has been out for a very long time, and it still gets fixed regularly. SWG just got started. Here they have chosen not to just copy an existing game and change the characters / environments. With this they have created a lot of never before seen problems. Not to mention that it costs a lot of money and time to keep this game going. Everyone should just take five or ten minutes to consider all that goes into this. I'm no where near as educatedin the process of developing a game as I'm sure some of you are, but I am patient. Please do not just rant and complain, try to help. Offer suggestions that incorporate the values that have allready been made evident. Neither You nor Icreated this game, we haveonly played it. And yes, we do pay a fee to play, but it takes more than money to make this a great pastime.

I hope that everyone is having a happy holiday season. Peace and good will to you all.

Not to be mean, but new is no excuse. Bugs should be fixed, and sooner than the mythical "next publish", when it involves the loss of items to players.

TH, a dip in voting by even a few members can bethe difference between getting a skill this week, or getting it next week. Please don't tell me the devs think this isn't a big deal, because it is to us.

Dark City on Scylla has shifted 14 meters south, which is AWAY from 0,0.

A dip in a "few" votes will cause out city to not advance...

Glad to see that you don't think that's a big deal, TH.

Glad to see that you are our advocate, after all, you are "one of us," right?

This needs to be fixed ASAP!!

The Player City I'm a resident in is soon a no-city. Its a medium house away from the City hall now.

Well we LOST our city due to this bug! http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=Bria&message.id=175042

So let's hope the CSR's get informed that this things happeneds so they can act accordingly and reimbuse us a bit.

How ironic this is happening so close to cities being able to plant shuttleports this week, makes me wonder if its more of sonys 'control' of who gets what when and where...

Hello Thunderheart ...

as comferting as it is to know that you know and are actually doing something about it is nice ... but when I read on what Info you are relying here I just get the /shiver's and have to /shake my head

This is so untrue it hurts ... our city had moved 25m three days from now ... it was 35m off a day later, and 42m after another 24h ... it just migrated 3 meters without a server down in under 8 hours!!! That's over 20 meters in 48 hours ... not 2

Some cities may experience some very minor voting dips this next cycle, but they will be minimal.

The solution for this is on Test Center now and will be fixed in the new publish early next week.

Cities already lost some city structures ... whole cities apparently vanished due to this but ... that isn't severe??? Then what is???

Now .. let's see ... you thought City Caps wouldn't be hit that fast although everybody here was telling you different ... who was wrong?

On the recent Vendor Issue you just posted "but we didn’t think most people experienced this problem. This statement turned out to be incorrect as many of you pointed out. " ... again you were wrong ...

When are you going to start to actually listen to us ... these things are really happening .. they are happening now .. they are happening fast ... and they are darn severe

Our PA has already LOST it's city hall and cloning center and all personal affects inside, to this dang bug!!

This is a serious issue as we were ready to move to level 4 and begin installing our shuttleport

Over 5 million credits down the black hole!! This is NOT a minimal problem and I pray it gets addressed FAST!!

I have really enjoyed player cities so far and would hate to lose ours permanently.

Are you kidding me?

We are on exactly 55 citizens right now with only moments away from the vote count, and I decided to check the boards, and this is what I see?
If welose even 1 citizenwe will not be able to place the shuttleport this week and I will have to deal with alot of unhappy citizens!

And what's this about an entire city dissapearing?
That's sure sounds gamebreaking to me!

Early next week..whaatt??? We already lost our town hall, cloning center and bank. We would have reached level 4 today and had enough exp for shuttleport. Another city on Bria lost their town hall. Probably have more happen this morning since thats when ours happened and the other one also. Now we have spawns off aggro npc and animals all over our town.

Is there going to be reimbursement for the bank, city hall and cloning center vanishing and all the items inside? Will we start off with level 4 when the town hall is set back or will it be an outpost? Will the mayor get the votes foryesterday he was suppose to get for 60+votes?? Is our hospital, cantina anditems insidegoing to vanish once they theres no city? Will everyone have to rejoin the city? Will we get taxes that were suppose to be collected this week? Need to answer questions Like this please.
