Thread: Time for me to collect some issues
I haven't had guildchat work for more than 5 minutes in a row since Beta III, so I can't rightly expect a Citychat to work, lol.
Although I think this is turning more into a wish list, than an issue list.

The REAL BT
"The FS system only rewards the Veruca Salt's of the MMO world . . . not the Charlie's"
2. Structure listing. It says we have X amount in the city, but we don't know what they are and who they belong too.
3. Raise the decoration limit. I.E. Streetlamps
*Roobba - Mayor of Nova Emberlene*
1. When you destroy a coning center, people can still clone in the field where it once stood.
2. When you ban people from your city, they can still use the cloning center
3. Ban should be a list like militia. There shouldnt be a need to manually ban people... by then, it may be too late.
1, floor textures such as pavings
2, lvl the ground around the city like when u put down a faction base
3, city decoration caps t be lifted or raised
1. Lack ofPermission granting/flexibility: Inability to grant admin rights for public buildings so someone else can decorate. Would like to grant militia commander ability to do his own recruiting. Would like to give people the ability to grant zoning permits other than by making them a member of the militia (not every militia member should be able to grant the rights, and not every civic planner wants to be on the militia). Would like to grant powers/title to City Council members, and ranks for the militia.
2. Inability to see who owns a structure unless theyhave their name in the sign. Should be a list of structures/owners on the terminal, and an examine option when at the structure. A city map view with labels would rock.
3. Lack of a persistant city chat channel. Yes you can create one, but the chat server is still too unstable for periodic channels, and most people don't know how to join them anyway.

1. Most important to me is having a more detailed tax breakdown. So you can see how much money was generated from sales, mission terminals, income tax and so forth. Really need this info so you can plan your taxes better. Show the mayor who has donated straight to the treasury.
2. City council - There should be a city council whose members get a small amount of xp's.
3. Being able to pave the roads and give more life to the city.
4. Fix ghosting. I am ghosting a lot in my town. If I go about 200m and return the problem is fixed.
1. Another request for the ability to set Cloning Facility and Shuttleport to citizenry only, perhaps even faction only. I know this is a huge debate and I'm not sure if this is simply not going to happen, but as for attractive PvP in Star Wars Galaxies, this feels like a must. Factional cities need to be supported for PvP toshine. Obviously this reduces the town's merchant traffic, theresone tradeoff. Perhaps disadvantages can be used to balance factional cities. All we want to do is force the opposition to have to travel a great distance back to the fight after getting deathblow'ed. Soon, with vehicles launch, this defensive distance will be less relevant anyway.
2. Ability to move structures to new server-legallocation within the city? Sounds like a lot of code, but as we try to modify the city to become more effecient or attractive, calling in each person to move theirhouseis very difficult, even with proper city planning ahead of time.
3. I've said enough already ![]()
Thanks!
My suggestions...
1. Instead of having the mayor simply grant zoning rights, allow the mayor to select which areas of the city may be used to build certain structures.
Such zoning laws would include residential (houses), commercial (houses that must have a vendor in them), industrial (factories/harvesters), and municipal (player placed structures like hospitals or cantinas).
The mayor could then add players to the "ok-to-build" list (similar to granting them "zoning rights") and allow the zoning laws to prevent players from putting houses or other structures in improper positions.
This way the mayor can design the layout of the city without being online all the time to physically direct the player's house into the desired place.
Sorta like Sim City. But interactive. ![]()
My new list....
1. Fix /cityban
2. Fix /cityban
3. Fix /cityban
Thank you!

All said before, but in case of prioritization....
1- Need the ability to have Spynet Ops for BH mission terms -- whether this is spawned with the BH mission term or as a trainer, either way.
2- Need the ability to see a structures owner.
3- Zone rights -- either have a rank system in the militia (commander, or top rank, should also have the ability to appoint more militia), another body of folks altogether (city council), or perhaps the ability to bestow the right to someone.
