Feel free to flame me for not posting any numbers (like most of the other posts), but I am no good with numbers. Basically our strength should be in close to mid range combat, I guess up to 40 meters or so. But would it be too hard to give us "Critical" type hits with very high damage at that range? Sure, we shouldn't outdamage riflemen at 80 meters (Give them Crits at distance, carbs don't get crits, they have stat effects) but think of the old westerns, at 20 paces a guy flips a coin in the air and the bandito quickdraws and puts a bullet through it dead center. Fast, quick, deadly accuracy at close to mid range.


I mean, we should be able to hit vital organs and stuff at a resonable distance, that is what pistoleers do, and it's also what riflemen do at a distance. And we should have more targeted stuff, we should have something like eyeshot in our line, maybe not targeting mind (though that makes the most sense) but maybe massive body damage (if they insist on making us the "body pool" proffession). I mean an eye is a small target, and it reminds me of what I described about, the coin flipping thing. BTW - This has nothing to do with BH's and I am not saying Nerf BH, just an example =P

I hate to say i disagree with the "lets nerf pistoleers.


First of all you name of some things..but a lot of pistoleer skills arent even working right in pvp...so why would you wnat it nerfed when you not even getting the advantages you want...plus pistol is such an accurate skill you should be good at any range but long...maybe rfleman need a longer range for shooting... they are so much faster to...so speed and range should and accuracy should be owned by pistoleers... and if you believe pistoleers should only be for close range combat...you might as well and in 50 different types of pistol whips and damage from pistol whip and pistol whip strength..but since that isnt reasonable there is no reaso to nerf it...pistoleer is just as balanced as the rest of the skills. rifle can do more dmg than a pistoleer with a defualt shot...and carbines are the average between the two...they need to fix carbineers. they need to make carbineers better by decreasing the ham costs...but the may have those high costs for a reason. and it would be stupid to put more ham cost on a pistol cuz then you forget its just as bad as any one elses ham cost. so it may be the lowest but your not using a special with a rifle or carbine every half second. i mean there is reasoning in the skills. not many things need to be nerfed. if anything a few skills need to be made better except tka....hehe...well take it easy everyone....just thought i would add my 2 cents..
