I got real excited when i first saw all the new pistols... especially that intimidator pistol. now, faced with the prospect of the pistoleer profession getting very few or none of the new pistols... well i just dont get it. someone devoted to pistols, as a master pistoleer, would not be able to figure out something like the intimidator, or any of the other new ones? i just dont understand why there would be pistols we cant use.
(the commando launcher pistol i understand as it behaves nothing like a pistol)

Thanks great work. You have always been helpful.
On the downside I see that if this is even 80% accurate I have another reason to leave this game. I have to change my character to use the weapons I collected.
Will someone get through to the leadership.

Great work, I like the new pistoleer
.
But what happened to the dodge?
Maybe this is a little of-topic but: After the CU it seems that BH pistols are much less focused on pistols, we lose the pistol speed and accuracy boost, and instead there is a slightly weaker generic accuracy and speed boost. There goes my template
.

While we are discussing the break down on new weapons, I was wondering if there has been any information put out about getting the same skill with different professsions.
Logged into test last night for the first time and I see that as both a Master Smuggler and Master Pistoleer I will earn the same skill a couple times over. Specifically the ones thatcure state attacks.
Will having the same skill multiple timesafford any benefit? If not, it seems that being a Master Pistoleer and Master Smuggler will not be the most efficient use of skill points from a 'specials' perspective.

When then bring it out, but then again they are in a race for time. Trying to get it out in time for all those little kids that will see star wars for their first time on the big screen.OldBen - Master Combat Medic/Pistoleer
... and as anyone in software dev can tell you, when you let Marketing drive your release schedule instead of Engineering, the results are amazingly consistent: a buggy release that enrages customers and depresses your customer support staff. It's a no-no that a dev organization is only ever supposed to learn once .... but that's if they ever learn it.

Hey, I see no DE-10 certification in your spreadsheet! Won't we be able to use it anymore?

Yes the cert is still written in description, but anyone cl 54+ can equip and use perfectly fine on TC atm.

I go to TC making my template on live and to find out I can't use any of the new guns! Really disappointing. It makes absolutely no sense.

Okay, I have a question..
I am Pistoleer 4-4-4-3, according to your spreadsheet I should be able to equip an FWG5, right? Well I'm only a level 47 and the FWG5 is level 54. What should I do now?

This whole thing sucks. I have armor that I can't wear anymore, pistols that I've been using that now I can't anymore. I'm combing forums to try to learn to play all over again because there is no explanation while playing on when you get what certifications or what armor what prof is supposed to wear. I've been playing since the first year but now I'm a newb all over again and not sure I'll like it. Thanks for the post, it helps me figure out some things, whether or not I'm happy about it remains to be seen.

BTW, I still don't understand this level stuff. What do you mean you are a level 47? How is that figured out? The devs need to do a better job of explaining this crap to dummies like me because I'm obviously to slow to figure it out on my own. I'm willing to bet there are others like me out there too.
