Thread: WE ARE GETTING DUEL PISTOLS!!!!
Yeah, the spelling of Jedi (plural) being written as "Jedis" really bugs me too, but I'm a huge dork
The one word that really bothers me when it's spelled wrong is "rediculous." I constantly see people writing "ridiculous," and it drives me nuts. But I bite my tounge andignore it as best I can! hehe
I remember hearing that rumor about SE having a separate set of skill points for piloting skills. I certainly hope they do it that way, because taking away from crafting/entertaining/medical/combat skills in order to fly a ship would really really suck!
Uh....you have it backwards....
The people bugging you are right. It's "RIDICULOUS", not "rediculous".
Is it just me, or once this is implemented, will pistoleer commandos will rule the battlefield? Duel-weilding Laucnhyer Pistols and using fanshot with each hand anyone?
"All your FPS are belong to me!"

I'm sorry, but putting it at master pistoleer ONLY is the most rediculous thing I've ever heard. Who was it in the movies who had duel pistols? Jango Fett. Jango was a? He was a bounty hunter....... So, umm....put it at Master BH and Master Pistoleer so it would prevent any dabbling from other professions....
....People in the movies also didn't have a set number of skill points they could use. And I'm pretty sure Jango had training with pistols (and probably other guns) in his life.
And if you want to give follow the skill point system, then Jango could have been a Master Pistoleer and BH 3040 (or 4030).
And anyways, can you imagine how stupid it would look if Bounty Hunters were running around with two hair driers?

Here's a idea, all pistoleers should be able to use duel pistols BUT at first you really suck (I'm talking two pre-nerf Krayt FWG5 would do as much damage as a decent Scout Blaster). As you progress through pistoleer tree you get better and better with duel pistols. Just like you would using a normal pistol. OR maybe if you're not a master you couldn't use any special attacks.
Wasn't a crack at SOE
Just stateing a fact that there is not one video game I have ever seen based off a movie strictly follow the story line of a movie. If they did they would be boreing wouldn't they? Why pay $15 dollars a month to play SWG when all you have to do is spend a one time fee to buy the movies and you can watch them as many times as you want?
I don't want to play the movie I want a little diversity from it. ![]()

technically, i think Jango was a Pistoleer more than a BH.
master pistoleer, please? don't make us master smuggler, pistoleer, and super-pistoleer before we are good with pistols ![]()

But you would still probably see a bunch of people running around with dual pistols just because it "looks cool"

Just as you see people like that in real life, a good example are those skatboarding kids that hang around 7-11 that can't do any tricks but still carry around a skatboard. Or like when the Beach Boys were popular and teens every where had surf boards in the back of their woodys even if they lived in Kansas.
Hey, didn't you know surfing on piles of falling hay is a popular sport in Kansas?

Haha that's what I get for typing in a rush, I end up saying what I want backwards. People constantly spell it "rediculous," which is wrong.... and annoyingThere, that's what I meant to say the first time
