pickets like to run around to mutch for the Fan shot to effectivly target there fore you will always hit more then one, go for the Bol's with Fan shot and you will see the difference seeing how bols are rathert slow and like to stand face to face and barely move.

as to the lair well you may be suprised but do Disarming shot 1 and if you have it 2 both shots will do 2-3X damage for the lairs I usualy hit with DS1&2 2-6K damage each time

Fanshot is the greatest.

Fanshot is situational, if you are holo grinding professions you cannot beat any area shot period. While helping my cousin attain his force slot we did pistoleer in 2 days which could have been done in less time. As master ch/pistoleer i would send my pet in on lair, us my 2nd account combat medic/doctor to heal pet and us when anything aggroed. After getting the fanshot tree you start getting 3k-5k per mob which I realize that 30k-100k per lair isnt much since fanshot sucks

Depending on someones situation and whether they have 2 pcs or friends with the correct class you can level pistoleer very fast. Using a TKM as a pet attacking the lair is a great alternative to a MCH.

Fanshot sux period.

You can only use it if you have a freind or a pet to tank and since i like to solo that rules one thing out and since this last stoopit nerf i cant seem to get 1 SINGLE decent pet that has decent ham for a tank as a non ch.

Fan shot is good and dont forget you get that +50 defence vs knockdown which is definatly worth it.

if you dont have a friend, dont bother to find a CH to group with, dont bother to get buffs, then Kaneda7777 sux period.

all of u talking about 100 k xp missions where i can find those

the best missions is the savage quenkers dooing 3-2 missions on 30 minutes

so its pretty good

Fan shot > bodyshot 3 in nearly all cases until master.

At master, fan shot > bodyshot 3 when facing multiple mobs.

fan shot > stopping shot whenever it will take more than 2 or 3 hits to take down the mob.

In addition, I've never had fanshot spawn things from a lair as long as the lair is not the primary target. Yes, it gets hit like crazy, but it does not spawn from the cone hits. They must have put special code in to accomplish that, but that's always the way it worked for me. Anything else in the cone that you plink will charge you with steam coming from both ears if it isn't fully engaged already. Delayed spawns from the lair will always pick the one in the group who is fanshotting because nobody else is likely to be able to hit them before your fanshot does.

Im almost got pistol tech 4 and the Fan shot yeaaaaaaaaaaaa
would using fanshot in the squil cave on tattoine be a good thing or a bad thing ?

Fanshot was able to get me 20k exp in less than 20 seconds.
