What are the components for this weapon? I assume blaster handles, how many?



Battleaxe - Bloodfin galaxy.

umm..At least it looks cool right?


But really AP2 doesnt fit our role? Its a magnum for god sake. Last i checked a magnum was a pistol with a punch. Not energy damage and ap 1 And they really have to do something about our best guns being looted and looted schems. But as this looks it isnt one of our best guns sadly



Okay another thing, so leave it at AP1 but at least make it a different damage type, that might make it a bit more useful.

You do realize that EQ is also made by SOE, and that development of EQ2 is supposedly being heavily influenced by SWG, right? I highly doubt that EQ2 is going to be any more balanced than SWG is. Maybe some stiff competition from WoW will convince Sony to get their act in gear.

hmm was working to pistoleer but I think I will just change to rifleman seems if I want to be able to do good damage to higher level mobs thats the way to go.

The reason why pistoleers don't get AP2 is simple to understand. Here's how the game was supposed to be desgined(note since some proffesions are overpowered it throws the whole thing out of whack):


Pistoleer:


Damage: Low-Medium


Defenses: High


Speed: High


Special: Single target/close range


AP: 0 to 1


Carbineer:


Damage: Medium


Defenses: Medium


Speed: Medium-Low


Special: Area target/medium range


AP: 1 to 2


Rifleman:


Damage: High


Defenses: Low


Speed: Low


Special: Long range sniping/single target


AP: 2 to 3






Now since rifle has the most speed mods it throws the whole speed category out of order. This is a system of checks and balances and you have to realize that. Since you get the highest defence you should get the lowest damage and lowest AP. Fencers aren't getting AP2 and neither should pistoleers. That's how it's supposed to work.

Ah, another looted schematic to find, along with looted parts, in a dungeon thatwill be camped and require a large group to do, all for a lousy AP1 energy pistol. This sounds like fun.....ok not really!

I played EQ for over 4 years, it was good to me for the most part and i had alot of fun, Yeah it had its qwerks but for the msot part it was fun. SWG has been nothing but one long wait for fun and i've yet to have much fun in it. SImply put it's a broken POS game i never should have beleived in. I'm taking damage control now and not paying another dime for it.

LOL man you are on drugs or something. Those defenses we have are pretty much worthless. Tell ya what when a rifleman misses 80% of his shots against me then maybe i'd agree with you.

Wow, looks like the devs decided to toss something else in to hold onto our accounts. So its a master level weapon, that has the stats of the Republic, which is certed lower, and 10 times easier to get? Hmmm, sounds like another sucker punch to me. But hey, whats changed? Kinda getting used to the low blows, although I might have to start wearing a cup. And then they are "supposed" to fix it later on so it works with the game, because they know it sucks now? lol, gimme a break, you seriously believe this? And are we supposed to keep paying for a broken game till they fix it? I mean I rarely post, much less flame, you can check that, but I read the forums everyday like everyone else, and I guess I finally bubbled over. To many lies and bull**edit** for me, and I am guessing the same is for all of you. You want to keep us in the game? FIX IT NOW. You want us to quit? KEEP GOING @$$HOLES

Unless that looted barrel has +100-+150 damage, forget it being used. I mean why not just use a krayted modifiied republic, cheaper, faster, easier to get AND more useful in every way that matters.

i really love how only master pistoleers can weild this weapon... i don't know about you guys, but i don't see these guns going for 2 mil like the geo pistols, which are certed at techs II

These will be rare on every server, the new place was beefed up to make it so you will need 20 elite combat and support characters to have a chance at getting anywhere close to finishing the complex. The new resists make it a very long process to kill in there.
