People who continue to think they can speak for me, can stop your thinking. Agree or disagree with MY words as you wish, but I am not "spoken for" by anyone except myself. Keep it up, and it will be reported and explained as an attempt to goad me (troll). Considering Ooola's las post is in direct contradiction to one of my earlier posts, its an obvious ploy. Anyone else here see whats just wrong with this? Nevermind jedi ruind the ground PvP scene, now he wants an "I win " button for space? Things are starting to add up here.
Ahh, see, were back to jedi again. I seem to recall signing up for SWG - i dont seem to recall subscribing to KOTR online.
Seems to me this is his common theme.. wannabe jedi. What does jedi - a ground profession have to do with JTL again, someone refresh my memory. Oh ya thats right.. nothing.

I didn't say you were being dishonest. If you feel that pilot skills needing to use skill points is a good idea then you're either someone that doesn't play SWG or someone that is deliberately obtuse to what that would mean not only to the ground game but to the space game as well.
I don't think it's a coincidence that both you Ooola and Anzel have identical sigs supporting the same "ideal" server and support the same foolish ideas with identical faulty arguments, not to mention downright lies. If you're going to log in on an alt account to cheer yourself on, try not to be so obvious about it.
psikobunny supports the idea of Pilot trees taking up skill points? Really? Could you link me to a thread or post where he supports that or states anything like it?
I'm of the opinion that you shouldn't speak for anyone since you're not very capable of speaking for yourself. You speak of "we" and "us" and all I see are posts from two usernames that appear to be owned by the same person.

Indeed they are... That's what's funny about people shooting the "jedi hater" label around. Again, he's talking about "keeping Jedi out of space", which is major sleight of hand of the issue. Nobody is keeping Jedi out of space. They are keeping it from being relevant in a twitch based game, for the same reason that every other profession is irrelevant. BECAUSE it's a twitch based game.
Those same folk, theyaspire to be jedi in the game, buthave no real love for jedi, just a need to be Uber. This lays it out completely what's bothering him. He'dgive up the jedi powersin spaceargument(IE what FSXP would lead to), so long as there's something he can be that will give him an advantage over everyone else. Something other than "practice", that is...
These are the same guys that would be a chef if they had a one button kill skill, or a dancer if they could instantly stop 10players in their tracks. They don't care about what profession they really are. They don't care about jedi, or any of the real character concepts of the game or the universe that they play in. They just wanna be Uber. Ifa living mattress from Squornshelous Beta 5 could wipe out a legion of jedi they'd play one.
Truth of the matter is, if they truly "loved" jedi, they'd wonder why the dev's made being a jedi so"grindish" and so out of canon. And if they really wanted to "better the game", they'd wonder why the devs would do something so munchkinlike as to make them uber, throwing the game way off balance and making folk like me spend 80% of my time in space and the other 20% shopping.

Here's where obviously the needs of the "jedi" players seem to outweight the needs of any others in his eyes. Or,INSTEAD of uprooting the whole game as it was meant to be to fit their needs, he would suggest:

But I honestly don't think many of the jedi in Galaxies would set foot in it, even if offered to have their character transfered there for reasons explained above. Indeed. That is the very definition of trolling.
And as for that definitive and final answer, you'd bedishonest to yourself and to anyone else to say that if a dev came in here and said "no FSXP in JTL and that's that", that you'd close the case and end this thread. You won't, and you know it. Just admit it.
I would say everybody else knows that too, but that's speaking for other people, which is a good way to get flamed.

Is that the best he can do? Still isn't going to change that he's a self abosrbed troll and has no argument or basis other than his own self intrest.
I think its high time we stopped feeding the troll and see about getting this thread locked. Besides that, I wanna see him put his money where his mouth is and start another thread.

I was about to say, this thread is starting to live up to its name a little too well. 
Think you all can either take a step back or try to push it back in a constructive direction? Otherwise, it might be time to put this horse out to pasture for the time being.

I would truly love to see this thread locked down and sealed in cement. I gave up long ago trying to get him to address valid objections that he's chosen to ignore. I only continue to post so I will not be misrepresented by him and his alt/cronies. My last comment was admittedly out of line but the quotedsentence and the tone of injured indignation was so patently ridiculous coming from him who stooped to all of those tactics before anyone else here, it galled me. Please kill this thread, there's no need for anyone to repeat objections again,since he could simply go back and respond to the posts he's ignored, but it won't happen. Wow... you think I can't read what everybody else has done and copy their macros? Some of us have real life commitments, and don't really like an avenue for those that have such commitments to ruin a fun pastime that we pay for every month. If only more of them would make the commitment to be good players rather than macro grinding to be the little cyberbullies that they can't be in real life...
I suggest you take a little peek at the JTL forums(HERE) and see what they think. Instead of regurgitating the same argument and ignoring the countless arguments brought forth against FSXP in JTL.
Like I've said before. JTL is part of SWG and SWG is supposed to be Star Wars. Just look at the October newsletter and you'll see what I'm saying. It's so sad that the devs/SOE/LA is actually listening to a tiny portion of players and destroying the experience for everyone else...
And you're suggestingthat "a small group of people" get their way and get PSXP in space and have suggestedmoving the whole game 500 years forward or back. That's not "destroying the experience"of everyone else for a tiny portion of players? You'll find that most people are quite happy in the current timeline(especially the GCW folks), and that the vast majority of players will tell you that there are FAR too many jedi around. You know that, you just insist on ignoring it.
You can't just "A+B=C" stuff. It don't work that way. The devs have said as much. They said that JTL is independant of the ground game. There's your final answer. Now, make a liar outta me and close the book.

All its doing is causing a source of animosity in this forum because of one person's indvidual wants, and serves as a trolls soapbox.
This thread is a demonstration of the fixated, obstinate brickwall singlemindness of a single individual with an ego, and attitude, and an agenda trolling for a response. Furthermore, even if said response was received, it would not be accepted under any terms then what would be favoriable to what said troll wants. Any response not favorabile will only resuelt the lobbying under a different guise.
