I totally agree that pilot XP or prestige should not be convertable. But why not shipwright XP? Shipwright does cost skillpoints and it does cost resources to get shipwright XP.

Well, good luck getting anyone to agree with your argument if you choose not to do some research in order to form a base of reasoning as to WHY this should/or shouldn't be implemented.

Where did i say i wanted canon? I didn't, this game is well known for being in its own "universe" as a justisfication for the amount of jedi in the game. When something that blokes Jedi skills in space what normally happens is "Well Luke used the force at the battle of yavin, and Anakin and Obi-wan use it to be better pilots...." totally ignoring the fact that there should be no FS skills in this game, let alone in space.
Thats what i was getting at.
