BTW the jacket isn't THAT bad. I kinda like it. It's very starwarsy (futuristic/retro).

Can't be futuristac AND retro, that's silly. It Naboo Coast Guard surplus, we all know it. Guess you're just into wearing Life Preservers.

Of course it can. A movie made in the 70's while having a lot of futuristic stuff (spaceships, blasters, lightsabres) still has the element of 70's fashion. Therefore, 30 years later, they are both futuristic and retro.

Don't worry, just wait a few days. Or jump in the next, "missions are impossible" thread.

I have to admit, reading through this thread has made me realize I really don't like Jedi, and that I should go eat lunch. So, anyone still making the BBQ? Is is this thread over and I'm making a complete fool of myself?

The minute people can earn FS points in space is the precise moments that FS skills in space will be whined in. And frankly that undermines everything JTL was supposed to be about.

I go into space to get away from this FS nonsense. The force should play no part in this space game (and don't throw canon around please, this game has gone far beyond canon)

So you only want canon material when it's convienent... nice..

FS XP is not Jedi XP. Good god people do you even read the topic titles before posting?

The jedi situation on the ground is in no way remotely cannon, EU, normal, or wanted in space.

You seem to be arguing that force usage is cannon. Sure. Except it's implementation on the ground, that is. And we don't want that same implementation in space. I'm happy just wishing rebel scum, "Force be with you," right before they blow up.

This is a poll, we don't need to give a "why not" there have been tens upon tens of discussions on this topic since before JtL even came out. We were asked for yes or no, we gave our view. If you want to know the why of it, then do a search. Don't smartass back and say search doesnt work, if it doesnt the first time, try again. I've never had to try more than 3 times except on the busiest days when the game was offline.

You don't have to do anything you don't want to, so don't whine when I ask, it was only a question.

Actually I agree with Gilack - except that if we don't keep replying to these and telling people how dumb the idea is, it might actually come to pass.
