Ah. It makes more sense now. Around here, cooking things in a flame is not BBQ. BBQ requires BBQ sause. And BBQ sause + marshmallows = eww.

Oh heres a tip since were on real BBQing now. Try marinating a top sirlon steak in catalina salad dressing. Stab it a bunch with a fork to work it in and tendorize the meat a little.

Yes, I am evil, and going to make my character a Jedi eventually. If they converted FS at the same rate as weapon exp, I'd be pretty much done my grind. That said, my answer is still:
No.
While I like the idea of giving more incentive for people to be in space, this is not it. The space community would be ruined by the starport dueling freak wannabejedis, and frankly, we'd never hear the end of the "omg this is too hard" and "omg, give me force powers in space" whining. There are better ways to entice people to fly.
Now just give me some real use for my prestige experience. Holograms, uniforms, paint jobs, kill stamps by my cockpit, space housing (pay prestige as rent!) in stations, I don't care, but something.

That sounds pretty good Duc.
However, all you really need is a bbq pit with red oak buring in the pit. Let that go down to a low flame and coals and throw on a Tri-tip, or steak, with Santa Maria seasoning. that's all you need. no bbq sause, no marinating. Just season the beef with Santa Maria seasoning and you'll never want to use anything else. Though it is kind of hard to find outside the Central Coast of Cali. But I've heard it's world famous.
Great, now i'm hungary. Time for another BBQ!

If you ask me, the fs grind is not fun. Flying is. Now that I'm a master pilot, it's great fun taking some newbie guildies up in my nova and popping some tier 1 ships.
Petition to revamp POB ships to make them viable to use against anything that isn't tier 1? /sign
Petition to conver pilot xp to fs xp? NO
Let's keep something fun in this game. Grind out your glowstick boy, then go flying if it makes you feel better.

Keep the Jedi out of space. Or rather, keep their skills and crap out of space. Jedi can fly in space, fight in space, mine in space, just not at the expense of the rest of us. At least leave ONE area of the game us non-Jedi can go where we don't have to deal with that crap.

Maybe he doesn't understand? But the majority of long-time pilots oppose the conversion of any sort of pilot xp into FS xp, even if the ratio was astronomical, they, and I are still against it.
Space is one place we don't want to see more "he sploits, she sploits, i'm ubah cuz i'm a jedi on the ground" BS.
