But for the people crying about how unfair the JSF and Scarlett TIE is.... It does see some what hyporcritecal. The can use pre nerf stuff that the DEVS themselves say is unfair but will ostrasize others using what ( at this point) the devs say are OK. Especally in the case of the JSF, a ship that anyone can fly once the do the mission ( do the mission as IMP , keep the ship for life ). I think the Heavy X-wing ( or the normal x-wing for that matter) are too stong, but hay, you do not see me plastering everyone one and making fun of them when they fly them.
I wish I had some of the reb ships with 3 or more guns, not even for fighting but for the mining missions so I couild fit a gun, a mining laser , and the tractor beam. No IMP ship can do that. LOL
The IMPs really feel the weight problems the most. I hate having to go into battle with just 60k max mass and no armor and weak shields because I want a good engine and a gun. LOL
No. Noone feels weight problems these days because Relics and Heavy Starter ships are available. You only feel weight restrictions by choice. I.e, me and my A-wing.
The interfaction mass arguement wars were declared over with the introduction of rotw.
The Rebels have the heavy X-wing which yep is a killing machine, but it is also big. For all the time spenttaking evasive manouvers in one of those things and not hammering your target with blasters, an IGI can more or less stay on target, dealing less damage butdamage over time wise making as much damage with thatin regard because NPCs cannot touch you almost.
As for Freelancers and pve, well they do have the krayt which with that in mind cannot be mocked.
Also as for stock Imperial Starfighters for pve, what about the TIE Oppressor? I remember Rapax and Norram tearing up DS ages ago with those things.
Personally, I'll keep pvp'ing and pve'ing with my A-wingas for both aspects, it is quite a skill to 'master'. I enjoy knowing I'm not even close yet hence the reason you will never see anything denoting 'Ace Pilot' or 'A-wing Ace' in my sig.

Sometimes i just need to say things out in simple honest direct language, and it often bites me in the buttocks. Other times i just keep my mouth shut and let ppl think what they want so it doesnt bite me in the buttocks (workplace poltics for teh win)

1. Probably why we get along. I've noticed over the last few weeks, my posts have been somewhat blunt. Although..I tend to back down a little more willingly as I don't like confrontation or having 'enemies'.
2.I meant pve wise but yes...In fact with you, you seem to make me do the most 'noobish' things.
a.The time you hit me in a head on pass with my X-wing and I 'nearly' lost the plot way back when if someone had mentioned the word A-wing I would have laughed.
b.That time...I caught you napping and somehow got shot down. I do admit though, that was like my mk I A-wing and I had no idea how to fly them (or anything else or that matter)at the time 
c.More recently when you were trying the IGI out and I fell for the "oh he's retreating..lets follow him ina STRAIGHT LINE' thing. **edit**? I deserved that one.
You seem to teach me a lot out of my own occasional stupidity. Hopefully I've learned enough not to make silly mistakes anymore. I admit, I get complacent at times.

Sheesh is that what that guy was trying to do the other night? (Faking like he was retreating). Unfortunately for him I caught him before he could turn. My only "shining" moment that evening.

I'm pretty damn humble going in and out of pvp battles these days. I tend to come out on top but I'm far too critical of my own flying to go around being completely sure of myself. Also, the day I get slaughtered time and time again would just make me look silly if I had the attitude of 'Thy am untouchable'. I keep declaring duels as draws for some reason too even if I make the disable/kill.
I happen to bea salmon....constantly swimming upstream to er...

Just occured to me this thread is quite possibly nothing more then a cheap attempt at gaining some moral high ground in light of recent "discussions".

That would be pretty hard to do considering they CAN drop with higher hp... I can produce screenies as proof.
