I this bug regularly too. Not enough to be a serious combat problem, but certainly enough to annoy me.

Happens to me too, however I've never had a problem with this in combat and with a high acell engine its not too bad

I've noticed this too but maybe it's just me but I've only noticed it while I wasn't in cockpit (1st person) POV.

It is more obvious in 3rd person mode because you can see your ship basically grinding to a halt and almost going behind your FOV. In cockpit mode you don't notice this as much.. unless you are in combat doing circles.

Been happening to me since before beta ended.
- I'm not on autopilot when it happens.
- It happens with every engine I use.
- It happens in my Dune Lizard and my Kimogila.
- It happens in 1st and 3rd person view.
- I warp backwards every time it happens.
- It happens in combat and outside of combat.
It looks almost exactly like rubberbanding on the ground to me.

DePhrag wrote:Hey guys,Is anyone else having this issue? Maybe its suppose to do this, but I find it terribly ANNOYING. If I am cruising at top speed in space the ship will occasionally drop down to ZERO and then quickly jump back up to full speed. This is very annoying when im in battle because I will have my recticle on my target, the engine will drop to 0 and then I will lose my target in huge way.. and have to realign again. This happens all the time, and on all the ships I own. Anyone else have this problem? Or is it a "Feature" ???Thanks doods!
I thought I was the only one until now!

BINGO! You win the teddy bear!
It's the same warping/rubberbanding that throws your bike back 100m or more, easily noticeable when the bike is smokinga little, and the smoke appears in front of you. lol

The NPC emnemies are also doing this excessively. The keep warping all over the place, making it near impossible to hit them......
