So, we can have 10,000 Jedi running around, rancors and other non-coninuity creatures being called out of back pockets, more rebels than imperials, an Empire that seemingly isn't there (even with the new patch changes), or one of the many other continuity-breaking features of this game because they make people happy to pay thier $15 a month.

But heaven forbid we give Pikeman Royal Guard Robes for the sake of continuity.

OK, I think we need to call for a lil focus here. We are playing a profession which was created, that no-one seems to know why, or what specific niche we are supposed to fill. We ask what our original intention was, of course asking the people who designed our profession, and we are asked instead 'well we want to know what you think'.

NO, thats not how the question is intended. We want to know what our design is. The problem is we CAN'T figure out anything that we do which is independant or in anyway better than anyother 'hybreed' class. What is the difficulty in telling the Pikeman community what we were designed to do? Or did you guys fire the lush that coded us and burn his files?

From our vantage point Pikeman was so horribly seperated from any progress, that you are now reluctant to admit that our current role is nothing of what we were intended to be. And IMO you know this, which is why we are receiving this nice lil misdirection now.

So to recap. WHAT IS OUR ROLE IN COMBAT? How does this currently align with our initial design? As an elite profession we have no specific specialty, why? What was our intended specialty? HOW WILL THE COMBAT PASS EFFECT THIS? With the talk of changes to the KD numbers, are we going to find ourselves even more antiquated? These are questions. Did you attempt any research in acquiring these answers? Did you ask them to anyone else? Do you know what is being addressed? Why are we even asked to provide a list of questions, when you could have just linked any prior post regarding the Pikemans situation which gave us the same non-substantial response.

Ohh, and for **edit** and grins. In answer to your question, I feel our role is to grab massive amounts of aggro before being incapped and Db'd.

I've been extremely pacient for these changes, as we all have. We are givin agranual of sugar then told to wait 4 months to know what it is. I'm sorry guys. 1 question needs answering imo, and Imma drop this like a rock if they can't answer it. Never thought something so simple could be endarounded as if we were attempting to bypass a village of lepars.

There comes a time in every mans life when 86 years is just too damn long...

I expected the other answers though.
