He could be using the word gay in its original meaning. You know before the homophobic people changed its use.
- In old English Gay means fun. (And btw in old English quire means happy) -
And, "that fun robot vendor" is a good enough description for the bartender droid.

The usage of the word gay to mean bad or undesirable things by gamers is ridiculous. I think I'll start a movement to use the term "gamer" to mean anything bad or stupid. So, let's redo your phrase...

Damn, I hate those gamer robots. That's just gaming the way they work. So, to answer your gamer question, you get xp for each hour that your gaming vendor exists, and xp for each time someone views your gaming vendor each game 10 minutes, and xp for entry fees placed on your gaming structure.
There's an FAQ at the top of this forum that explains how the gaming vendors work. It's not too game, and explains a bit. Now, stop being game with your gaming posts.
You know gay does mean happy, right? So maybe he has a happy robot.

Nah, I doubt he means fun. Cos that robot bartender droid is the gamiest vendor of them all. As someone else put, I'd rather a hetero terminal vendor anyday.I'd like to apologize to everyone for counteracting the original post with a stupid post of my own dripping with sarcasm and loathing for gamers. I have been on the Internet since nearly after it's conception (It paid to work for a research division of the government in the early days) and nothing pisses me off more than seeing the gamer mentality slipping into the real world. Going to the store and hearing 12 year old boys say how "gay" something is or how someone is a "retard" and using those words to mean something negative, or hearing how someone "raped" someone in PvP. It just breeds hatred and intolerance and as a new father of a 6 month old baby, I don't want her growing up hearing such rubbish. Iam scared ofthe day she will call Barney "gay" or say how such and such is "retarded" because she doesn't like it.I "ph33r" for the future...
So, basicaly, you're getting old.

How is disliking the use of derogatory wording mean I am getting old? I am only 36. It's not just that using the terms is offensive, it's also against the forum's terms of service and posting guildlines.
