I sent a private mail tonight to every developer that has posted to the forums. I'll wait and see if I get a response from any of them.

All of my attempts at contacting a dev got ignored. We are a small number and they just dont care. If you get out of their little nice sandbox theyve created on the board, theyll delete your post and slap you with a banning. Even the supposed big saviourTH ignored me. Ihave asked aCSR if they could make a new account for me and change my skills and stuff over to the new one. I was told we will get back with you...IEmake her go away for anothermonth.This is just flat disgusting..I cant sum it up any better than that without being verbally abusive.

Other Info you want to add: Receive messages while in the game fine. Inbox is cleared anytime I logoff (or disconnect) and come back in. Had many emails (hopefully still do). Haven't ever seen any "pre-login" emails since they first disappeared.

I am not getting offer emails at all. I do seem to be getting all of my emails with auctions end however.

I am not getting any emails on offers to my vendors. I am getting all unsuccessful auctions I think.

That is not abnormal. Offers to vendors have never (to the best of my knowledge) generated emails - only system messages.

I had a combined problem today, didn't get money from bazaar sales, nor the emails of those sales. I still don't have the money, and didn't get the email until I'd logged off and on again 6 hours later.

Here's a pasting of my CS ticket.

I am missing the money from two transactions in the bazaar. I still have the emails from those transactions. I will not be deleting them until this is resolved so feel free to examine anything you need to address this.

I was online when these sales took place, and didn't recieve these emails until I logged off and on again at Tue Oct 28 04:32:22 2003

Other Info you want to add: I haven't gotten emails for about 2 months now when logged off. With the exception of when I am logged on. I've been filing bug reports. Filed one holocron complaint and was told to file a bug report, so the devs are well aware of my email dilemna.

I have tried it, but i am unsure if it just deletes what you can see currently in your box or if it deletes all the 1000s of invisible mails i can not see.

I have used it and it didnt seem to have any effect...i still dont get emails when logged off...which is making being a merchant really really hard

I would be interested if anyone else has tried this and if it fixed anything for them.....

Also does anyone know ifa CSR can just delete EVERYTHING in your inbox...i think most of us agree that this bug is caused by having too many emails stored somewhere.

Would also be nice if we could get some kind of feedback from the new correspondant about this issue and what if anything is being done about it

I have been told repeatedly that there is a fix "in the works" for this where a CSR should be able to help us. I do not have an estimated time for when we should expect to receive help.

i normally get tonnes of ingame mails so didnt think i had a problem.

however, recently when logging into lowca - im getting far fewer 'auction sold' mails than i expected. I sold nearly my entire bazaar contents - yet still only had about 5 mails.
