5. Change Force Run to be a Force over time based skill....i.e. it uses X amount of force per second, so you can keep it on as long as you have Force
- This would prevent Jedi from fleeing any battle at anytime and would allow the more powerful Jedi to ultimately be able to catch up and kill his/her opponent (better regen/forcepool etc.)
This change would make Force Run useless, since most people that run are going to run when they are low on Force Power. Making this change will make tons of people drop Force Run. If I had spend 15 million exp on this tree i would be mad as hell with a change like this.

Maybe the you can propose this change to be FRS change only? Or some other solution, like allow Force Run to be broken by a certain attack or attacks.
FYI, when I tested on TC2 I was able to kill anyone that force ran away from me by Saber throwing, this would KD them and I would be able to kill them without a problem. Even chasing a force runner and performing drain on them would eventually use all there force and allow you to kill them.
