100% resistance to energy means 0 damage to ham - so yes they negate all damage done to them.

huh, but sometimes i attack a stalker and it does down fast with the t21. they have light armor, surely they can't negate every bit of damage i mean i do zero damage when this happens. Maybe i am confusing a ranger with a stalker.
So i take it this happens to you as well?
Also, I can tank these things with my gurrek for like 5-10 minutes with heals (90% immune to electricity) and even after all that time I still do zero damage.
Maybe that is the problem, as you said just dont have a damage type to hurt it. But does heavy armor piercing not help 1 bit?

If the NS does not have 100% resist then you can damage them.
Armor piercing does not help if they have 100% resistance to the damage type.
25% bonus per level when you do 0 damage = 0+25%+25% = 0

You are probably remembering the Rangers, because Stalkers are resistant to all our damage types. Stalkers, Spellweavers, and Protectors can drop some nice crystals, which is maddening, considering we can't get at em. Of course that's somewhat offset by the fact we can kill Elders...

when a mob has 100% resist to kinetic(im tkm, not rifleman) I dont see any numbers at all; I just see "head hit", "leg hit", etc. Maybe it is different for guns...

If you take a look at the Force Sensitive Skills you can see which enhancements you get:
Ranged Accuracy, Ranged Speed, Melee Accuracy, Melee Speed, Ranged Defence, Melee Defence, Vehical Control, Survival, Experimentation, Assembly, Repair, Technique, Healing, Surveying, Persuasion and Luck - Granded not all of the FS Enhancements may work, but for the ones that do not work I hope they will get fixed during the combat upgrade/revamp etc...
Why are Jedi given a second character?
When I started doing the village stuff my template was:
Master Swordsman
Master Brawler
Scout 0/0/2/0
Fencer 4/4/4/0
TKA 4/0/0/3
After training in the village I've had to drop my fencer skills down to 1/4/4/0 if I ever get to the point of getting to Jedi Padawan I'll have to start dropping more skills to be able to train, since this character will be totally devoted to Jedi I can use my second slot to do whatever I wish without having to worry about it interferring with Jedi.

Jedi are given a second character because Jedi pretty much have to live a life of solitude for a while once they get paddywhack. The other character is there for a rest from bounty hunters and fun with friends. Lets Jedi get back to just having fun instead of grind grind grind with the lightsaber, to have a bounty hunter kill you and take it all away.

Is there anyway to get the Sorosub Yacht if you didn't get it as the free gift? I didn't start playing Galaxies until JTL came out, so I didn't get one.

Ok, this may seem like a dumb question, but please humor me.
My character is a master medic/doctor. I was thinking about using my remaining skill points to pick up some chef skills so I can make my own bivoli and brandy. I would also like to pick up some merchant skills so that I can sell some items for my guild and also other doctors.
I know absolutely nothing about any of this since my main character is a bounty hunter. Please help me out with some template suggestions. I have 110 skill points available after master medic/doctor. Thanks alot!!
