Any chance of Master ID's being able to have zero timers for self ID before 2006? Supposedly it was implemented in 2004 but it wasnt.

I asked for clarification about this, but got no answer yet. I will give it another try, though.

All you need is novice artisan so you can survey. I'm a master smuggler/pistoleer and used some spare points to take up artisan. I got lucky and found several deposits of minerals near each other and was able to do the quest in about an hour. The bigger problem is you need sense xp to fill the Luck branch, which you can't get from combat. I took up entertainer and have been dancing and slicing for the past few weeks. I'm 190K of FS xp away from filling my last box.

I just read through the FAQ, which was very helpful. I have one question that was not clearly answered in it.
Am I correct in assuming that a droid can have only 1 item storage module?

A Droid can have as many storage modules as the droid will hold modules, however the most amount of storage a single droid can have is 10. You cannot put in 2 L6's and get 20 storage, it would still end up with 10 storage and a wasted module space.

i am a mch/rifleman. i send in a pet, then start to fire (mainly happens against nightsisters) Every now and again i will try to fire with any rifle i have, using various attack types aoe, normal fire, etc etc and it will rea as though it does 3500 damage in teh combat que. The problem is that the ham bar of the thing i am attacking is not moving, absolutely no damage done.
I am scared to attack a nightsister ranger because my pet will be the only thing attempting to do damage.
Any ideas? I saw the aoe bug, but does that apply? I can start with headshot and sometimes it still wont hurt the nighstister.

You must have been attacking a Stalker, Spellweaver, or Protector? If you examine them, you'll see those particular three are immune to all damage types of our rifles. So you can't do a lick of damage to em, outside of DOTs. Raw combat damage in your combat tab is not the actual damage. It's just raw damage, to which armor, immunity or vulnerability are applied. Only damage that matters is what you see floating over the head of what you're shooting at.

huh, but sometimes i attack a stalker and it does down fast with the t21. they have light armor, surely they can't negate every bit of damage i mean i do zero damage when this happens. Maybe i am confusing a ranger with a stalker.
So i take it this happens to you as well?
Also, I can tank these things with my gurrek for like 5-10 minutes with heals (90% immune to electricity) and even after all that time I still do zero damage.
Maybe that is the problem, as you said just dont have a damage type to hurt it. But does heavy armor piercing not help 1 bit?
