Here's my question though. I signed up for my account on launch day and really haven't had any interrupted service during that time. Probably about3 months ago, I created a new character on a different server and now play that char more than the original one. Will both chars receive the reward ship or will I have to wait a further 3 months for the second character to hi the 6 month mark?

To obtain Shipwright you will need Engineering 4 and for resources you will use a variety of metals and minerals along with gases and chemicals. To make a ships chassis you just create the blueprints then take the blueprints to a NPC chassis manufacturer, ususlly in the starports.

Two questions that I have are. 1) For those of us who were in the JTL Beta will we have to un-install the beta before installing the actuall JTL expansion pack? 2) Has the issue of lag been addressed and a solution implemented to fix the lag problems in space and on several of the planets ie. Dantooine, Correllia, and Naboo. I've had low ping rates of 128 - 134 on Dantooine in live swg and the beta but still have had almost unplayable game time due to lag???

For JTL-Beta people you will need to remove JTL-Beta all together.
Go to Control Panel/ Add-Remove Programs and do it from there. After that is done, delete the JTL-Beta directory.
**NOTE** Move ALL pictures you want to keep before you do this!

Got a question about death in space. When your ship gets killed is it the same as dying on the ground....IE...Player ranking, or if you are a jedi piloting a ship when u die in space do you lose the 2 million xp like you do when killed on the ground?? Or is it just the ship itself that gets disabled and has to be repaired?

You take wounds as stated in the main post as well as the ship needing to be repaired, but no jedi xp is lost and the PvP ranking is not involved.

When is JTL being release you said Sept.27. Shouldn't it be Oct. 27

This is an excellent post but I have some more basic questions. Ok, I am old and have never used a joystick or played wing commander so bear with me. I went into space last night for the first time and couldn't figure out how to do anything!! It took me an hour just to go out and come back and land on Naboo again! (laughter here)
Travelling to another planet shouldn't be that hard! How do I travel? I figured out some of it but had much difficulty docking and even controlling my ship. And why is the cursor locked into the chat box when you talk to to someone...is it "alt" that gets you back into space? I need some basics on travelling around space. Otherwise I probably won't use it much even when I get my new Y wing.
