well today i purchased JTL. installed and registered it. then i went to collect my vet reward for 6 mons of playing star wars galaxies. no dice. i couldn't claim the reward. well a little chat with a csr revealed that even tho i registered on April 9th 2004 that the first 30 days of the game were free and don't count? i thought it was from the time you registered. my billing info says i have paid 6 times as of Oct 10th 2004. technically i registered april 9th so it should count toward my vet reward.

there is also a bugged system too so you may or may not get it. I talked with CSR as well and some people are bugged.. myself included this was yesterday so if they don't fix it with the extended maintanence on Friday maybe they will get it on Monday? <shurg> Don't know but i hope it works out for you

Ok, I don't have JTL yet but when I logged on it prompted me to claim my 290 day reward I think it was. So I went through and it offered me the SoroSuub Luxury ship. But when I clicked ok it said I couldn't complete the transaction because I don't have JTL. Well now when I use the /claimveteranreward it doesn't bring the option back up, does this mean I'll never get my ship now? Has anyone else encounter this and still gotten their ship when JTL was registered?

I got my reward on my account (408 days logged) but my girl is not able to claim hers. I could swear that she has been playing for more than 6 months but the /getVet said she has 164 days logged. I am too lazy to see when she actually registered the game. I am hoping she too is one of the accounts with the bug so when they fix it she can get her ship. If not then she will have to wait another 2 weeks for the counter to reach 180.

I was out of town for a few days and, therefore, did not log in for about a week and a half.
Apparently, my subscription lapsed sometime in that period.
Of course, I renewed, but did not get a reward.
If I am denied the reward simply because I was out of town when my subscription lapsed, I am going to be very angry.

Call and complain but I doubt it'll do much good. They allow you to set it up to auto-resubscribe..... I guarantee that your lapse is exactly why yours isn't working, use the /checkvetreward (I think that's the right syntax) and it'll tell you how many days you have.

i've got the bug as well...10 mos and i cant claim it. The CSR i spoke with said i was the fith one he had about that problem just that day, It should be fixed soon.

hey i have been subscribed since february but i recently deleted and created a new character, will he be able to get the veteran reward?
