I think its just a screwed up bug. I got the 360 dayVeteran Reward message but could only claim the 180 day. I think they only have the one reward and put it under the 180 day reward block.Do you have any other info about it plz tell.

Yes, there's only the 180-day reward currently in-game, and that is the SoroSuub. Hopefully more rewards will be added later.

Just a quick question -- does the 180 days start as soon as you register the expansion or upon claiming the veteran reward...?

The 180 days is the time spent consecutively in game from the time you opened your SWG account

Umm... the 180 days isn't the lifespan of the ship. It's how long you must be playing in order to qualify to get it. So yes... it does last forever.

ok but ive been playing this game since may22nd and it says i have to wait another 20 days says i have a veteran time of 160 days yet ive been in game almost 7 months now so do they mean like all your hours added up to 180days worth or what?

Nah, it should be from when you registered your account. However, if there was any point in time in which you let the account expire... even for a day... the counter resets.

no, there is a period you can go interupted and it wont reset. my account was down for about 2 weeksabout3 months agoand i still got it.

Ok, not exactly sure then. It could be a bug with their system. Others have experienced similar things. Send em an e-mail or submit a ticket on it. (although most likely by the time they fix it you'll have gotten the reward by waiting anyways.

On the knowledge base it states clear as day that the reward start at 90 days. i've clocked up 119 days (same as yesterday for some reason, might only move on per full 24 hours... anyway) now if i use the /getvet command to check it.
I've got an email, still in my inbox saying i qualify for the reward and telling me how to claim it. i use the command and... NOTHING. so clearly i think "must be a bug, check knowladge base... nothing, or i'll submit a ticket" so i get a reply for a CSR saying there is no 90 day reward, and they close my ticket instantly. they didnt answer my question properly, and i was left with more questions still. quite annoyed i submit another, in which i better explain myself and complain that my last ticket was closed with out satisfactory results. so i get a few tells from a CSR saying they want to chat with me, but i was AFK, these tells where from 2am-5am GMT, so during this time i'd be a safe guess that if im afk, im going to be asleep. at abouot 6am, i got more or less the same reply to my first ever ticket on the matter, and the ticket was closed.
should i bother with 3rd time lucky or can i trust a community member to set me straight on the matter?
