Also, I believe that a character has to be at least one month old in order get the reward. If you have JTL and create a new character today, that character will get the reward in a month.

I was wondering if anyone is having the same problem I am.

I got an email saying I was eligible for a 360 day reward.

but when I tried to retrieve it, There was only an option for a 180 day reward. Rank 2

Now eithr im doing somthing wrong, or this is a comon issue. Does anyone have this problem, and if so, how can i fix it.

There is no 360 day award. Just pick the 180 award and that is your Yacht. You'll getthe message (I got it too), but the Devs have said there is not award for 360 days at this time.

You need to have had your account active for 180 straight days. If you don't meet the 180 days then you can't get the SoroSuub. You can check how many days you have logged by using /getveteran

I've been loggedin 430 days, installed and registered JTL,and am experiencing the same issue as the original post...I type/claimVeteranReward and absolutely nothing happens.

What's going on?

i have 183 days in and can't get the ship...i sent in a CSR ticket and got an almost immediate response that it "was a know issue" and they were "sorry" and that there was nothing they could do and to keep an eye out for a fix

its something to do with the game not reading your account info correctly on some people

try the /GetVeteranRewardTIme command just to make sure your time is correct.

Have you actually registered your accounts? Besides installing JTL you need to register it with the keycode on the back of the disk. And I'm just suggesting that in case someone did not know it as many I have talked to on Flurry today did not know that.

I'm having a problem with it too. I've been playing since March 23rd of this year and the game states that i have only 162 days logged toward the veteran reward. I should get it. The game is just messed up and doesn't register that i have had my account for over six months.

Yesterday before I got JTL I was in game and got the same message. I did the same thing you did and got the exact same message. Later in the day after I picked up my copy of JTL and installed it I got the message again and was able to claim the yacht. No problems.
