FYI guys my hall disappeared too. Ticket filed, the CSR in online chat refused to help me. I emailed the two I was working with yesterday night, but I suspect they are a later night shift. Looks like no city for us.

our city hall disappeared, same here, This really upsets me and no respones from a CSR, is this who SOE works, I am not going to have a City now, or you going to hold my spot, Everybody in me guild seen the city hall there, so it not like it was not there, i would like to have it back on the gound, and to get a respones,

Our pa placed a city hall on naboo on the Kauri server. Same problems with nothing working. This morning it was gone.

Make sure you have a CSR ticket open first thing. On Radiant it takes about 4 days to get answered from my personal experience, not sure on others. Also, ask Plinka to get a dev to look at this thread. It looks like there is enought in common to track this down quickly.

DON'T PANIC!

There are three terminals in your City Hall:

1. Structure Management terminal - only has destroy and examine on it - not of much use.

2. The City Management Terminal - has all the functions needed by the Mayor on it and is in a different room.

3. The City Voting Terminal - used by people to vote.

Make sure that you are using the City Management Terminal if you want to manage city functions, NOT the Structure Management Terminal, OK?

It does explain this in the Player Guide to cities!

2. City Management Terminal - The only option was Examine. Period.

3. Voting Terminal - wouldn't even let the mayor regiester saying he wasn't a citizen.

Now the city hall has vanished so can't get to any of the terminals. I really don't mean to sound like an ass here, but I'm frustrated along with alot of other people. These bugs were clearly outlined in the posts above.

Update guys:
Still no response back from TH or the CSR team. As soon as I hear something I'll post it on this thread, the one on the main froms in and a new one.

so is the problem just on naboo? and is there 10 of here? posting on this problems.

UPDATE: I set down a new City Hall and it WORKS! All of the options are there on the terminal... if you don't want to wait you should go ahead and get another CH deed to drop.

We had a city on rori and yes we knew how to use the terminals.When they opened more spots we put down a new city hall on naboo. There were no usable options on the terminals. The city hall was not even there for 24 hours before it vanished.

i got one down to at 8:55 pm, it is working so far, lets see how the server restart goes
