Yes we have more than 10 citizens for my part

My problem is on kauri too

our city hall disappeared

Permission period on the city though or info. No count of citizensetc. No taxes, nothing.The only option on the city managment term is Examine and the only option the building term destory, no option to give other players rights to decorate

Another thing is the sign on the city hall just says "sign" and no option to change it anywhere.

i am having the same problem on karui to. Is this normal, on option but to destory and mayor who placed it doesn't have rights to the Admin functions on the hall or the functions under the city management terminal.

is this normal i would like to know to

Wondering if this is a Kauri-only problem. I'm having the same problem (posted earlier on another thread) and all three people who have posted problems with this are from Kauri.

Any other servers having this issue?

Oh misunderstood the original post...yeah the city term issue definitely isn't normal..I haven't logged in yet, but I'd open a csr ticket on that one.

Keep writing up csr tickets until you get a csr that's willing to help you.

This is not normal. I logged in after the reboot today and the CH we laid down is GONE! It hasn't even been 24 hours yet!

Never got a response from my CSR ticket... I had more than enough people for the level 1 (up to level 3 even!) player city. I have resubmitted another CSR ticket; this time stating that it is gone.

How frustrating.

Have you checked it this morning after the server reset? If it's still not there, then have all your citizens and/or guildmates submit a ticket for this problem.
