HEHE you found the 2 creatures that are kinda bugged in the game lol. Yeah thats normal. So far those are the only 2 that I have found that do that.

Idont know about the baz nitch, but the reptilian flyer has had a "?" box graphic for as long as I can remember.

We finally got our city placed, but the mayor who placed it doesn't have rights to the Admin functions on the hall or the functions under the city management terminal. We don't have the 10 houses placed out there yet, still working on that. Just curious or wondering if it's time to contact a CSR.
CSR ticket has been sumbitted, but haven't heard anything, going to try chat next, forgive me for sounding like a complete n00b, but what's the command to check status again?
/headache on.
I also have this problem on Kauri... No city defined (no message when you run in and out), there are more than 10 residents within 150 meters, the city management terminal has no option but examine, the structure terminal has no option but destroy, I can't run for mayor (says I'm not a citizen)

Update on the problem. Got a response for a CSR who says that it may take 24 hour for citizenship to update and wants to be kept aware of the problem. He alsosuggestedcutting your profile folder out of the galaxies folder and storing it somewhere for the time.
Question to the people who had cities before: Did you have the 10 houses placed first before playing the hall or after?
