Are you kidding me? You obviously were not in beta. VERY obviously. A VAST majority of the Rebels and Imperials called for it. And like Boslo said, there were more people there than here. This was not a case of a vocal minority. You should think before you speak of things that you know nothing about.
And your last bit? Directed at Boslo, one of the most level headed Freelancers on these boards who has MULTIPLE times said that very statement.... read before you assume about people.

Everyone on this forum is a minority. The majority of players do not come here. So all decisions are based on the minority of players that decide to post here.
So, we have to subsidize the view of the whole down to the vocal group and realize that the majority of the vocal group is what leads to this, and all other changes that we see.
That being said, the majority of players on this forum thought the Firespray should be a multi-cert.

If I had actually spent time IN beta huh, bub? Mastered Imp pilot in beta. Mastered Privateer in beta. Mastered Rebel Pilot in beta. But I guess I did all that here on the forums, since I was never IN beta. Would have noticed far less outcry, yeah FAR less outcry because people didn't discuss that stuff in game. NOW onto your DAFT statements towards the end your post:

Absolutely unbelievable. You are arguing against people that agree that many people should shut up and be grateful. We are not arguing that with you, simpleton, we are arguing about the nature of the circumstance when the Firespray was removed from Privateers.

I think you're missing the point. The only feedback the devs consider when deciding whether or not to change something, to add something, to take away something is here. On the forum. (This, along with many other things in beta, does not qualify as a /bug.)
If you stayed ingame and thought it should stay a privateer-only ship, then we have you, and all the other silent-types like you,to blame for not coming onto the forum and stating your opinion.
***Oh, and for the record, I love the new ship. It's a perfect balance. I give many kudos to the devs for such forethought and insight.
