Thread: Couple Questions

I have a couple pistoleer/char build questions.
1. Is Pistol Speed 100 the max? If you have higher, is it just wasted?
2. What is the max Pistol Accuracy?
Here is what I should be at the end:
MMarksman 4444
Scout 4000
Brawler 4000
MPistoleer 4444
BHunter 0040
Smuggler 0040
ForceSensitive Skills (12sp so far)
Some Pilot skills (0sp)
3. Will it be hard not having Novice Medic? I have always had it, but will have to drop it to complete my build
4. Would it be worth dropping Torso shot in order to get a weapon that does Blast dmg (NCommando)? I have seen mobs that have 100% resists to all but blast.
Thanks ahead of time!

1. The current Speed formula increases speed exponentially, so all weapons (even if they have a 9.0 speed) cap at +100.
2. There is no cap on Accuracy.
3. Novice Medic is only required if you hunt unbuffed a lot. If you're buffed, Novice Medic isn't going to help much if you're taking damage that's significantly wearing out your buffs. If you want to heal while buffed, you need Medic 0040 at least.
4. Some people would say so. I say no, but I've never used a Launcher pistol against an AT-ST before. I hear it's very rewarding. . .

Ren covered 1 -3 pretty well so I'll head to number 4.
I would not drop torso shot for novice commando for a few reasons.
Keep in mind this could all change after the CU with all the changes coming
1. I know that you can do major damage to an atst and turrets and a certain NS with a launcher, I just dont think its worth the points for 2-3 mobs in game.
2. Depending on your play style torso shot can be a very viable option as far as shot selection goes.
3. With the templates out there now (if you PvP, of course) you need all the accuracy you can get and you would lose that when you lose torso shot.
Just some things to think about.

It is, and it is also very rewarding against NightSister Stalkers
I would say that the Launcher is pretty much the only way a Pistoleer is gonna be able to solo those two mobs.

alright, i have a couple questions, and they are probably somewhere here on the forums but i felt that i might as well just ask rather than trying to look for them because i know you guys and girls can answer them for me-
1. do fs skills cost skill points?
2. if not, could i practically master every fs skill (i know it would take forever because you can only do one tree per month).
3. should i be working on maxing out my experience for say, combat, and then leveling up in combat prowess or should I be doing the missions for the villagers in the village?
if you could answer these it would be very appreciated, and thank you all for making this game as fun as it is.
1) they cost 1 SP for each box....the novice is free.
2) if understand your question, level in whatever phase you are doing currently. As soon as you are finished with that, start grinding XP for the next phase.

Sorry I don't know about image designers that much. 2 questions:
1) Can image designers get rid of zabrak horns and give them hair?
2)This goes along with my first question, if you can give zabraks hair, can you also give them their horns back later?

I'll throw down my opinion on your second question. 2 additional ways to throw a trap:
1) Open your inventory, click and hold on the trap you want to throw, and select throw. This is, for obvious reasons, not a viable alternative when in combat, and also probably not very helpful.
2) Get a trap droid. Program it with the throw command you want and type that in spatial. I programmed my droid to throw when I said "t". This one may help you.
Good Luck.
