I had that very question about attacking banned players...so I tried it. I had a friend come to town and I banned him. I could NOT attack him. As it is, the banned player is not allowed to use any city services...and that's it. Bummer. So why the heck are my peeps called 'militia'...

Militia is so broken...grrr.
How about banning PA's from a structure? I know that can be done, but I don't recall how to do it. Any help?

/citywarn was removed a long time ago, because people were using it to grief incoming opposite-factioned people. They would set up minefields and camp around shuttleport, weapons at the ready. Any opposite-factioned person was /citywarn'd and then the mines would blow up and the people sitting there would attack them.
It was also removed because some cities were using the feature to horde POIs for themselves. They would build their city near an important POI (the Warren, for instance) and then /citywarn and kill anyone who came there for that content, or kill them on their way out.
It's because of these individuals that you can thank for the lack of /citywarn. All praise the griefers

Not broken....deliberately removed by the devs following a slew of griefing tactics by various politicians and militia.

/cityban still works at this point but from what I was told /citywarn is broken (is it any surprise)

To put an entire Guild on the Entry List or Ban list you go to the appropriate list and add "guild:abrev" to the list, where abrev is the abreviated version of the Guild Name (without the " of course).

Like laeren said, and to ban an entire PA from a building you just put :"PA name or abbr": (never did it so don't know) without the parenthesis of course. Not sure which though, the faq in the PA forum probably has it.

1) Is it possible to cancel hyperdrive?
2) I heard theres a command to call a ship over to repair you, I already know about the rebel ability to do that, but was wondering if theres something else.

1st. Crystals. Tuned my first crystals this morning. STATs (min1, max1, spd -.03, wound 0, HAM -5/02/03, FC -4), figured that wasn't such a hot crystal so I tried again (41/41/-.21, wound 1, HAM (-7, -2, 0), FC -4. Much better thinks I. My question is this, considering the random nature of crystal tunes, both of these were quality crystals, what is a typical stat value fora crystal? I do have a limited supply of crystals and I would like to save my better ones for later generation sabers while at the same time not using crystals that are total crap. I just don't have enough crystals in reserve to get a good comparision to know what is a good stat for a crystal, what is average and what is bad.
2nd. Novice Defender. Looking this overit seemed to be a very helpful box to have and at 1/10th the cost of a saber 1 box, how many people picked this up as well as novice saber before progressing on to their first box?

1. Rancor Bile takes the place of your Dispersal Mechanism. You lose significant range and area on your packs. But it adds "X" amount of power to the pack, and "Y" amount of extra charges, whatever the stats are on the bile.
2. You need skill tapes with "Combat Medicine Experimentation". You need a total of +20 in order to become a 12 pointer. And it's very very worth it for CM.
3. You can't...the only thing you can do is try to sell area mind poisons to PvPers, and maybe harvest Spider VEnoms...but CMs have a severe lack of $-making ability.
