Looks like a giant escape pod, like the ones R2 and C3po landed on tat in. A lot bigger version, but it looks almost the same.

in the poi's on tatooine there is a jabba's astroid or planet or something i forget its the only jabba planet thing there same as this one.

It is possible it could be a torpedo sphere, the empire has them, looks like miniture death stars but not are smaller than SD.
The other possibility is that its a smuggler hide-out or a warehouse for Jabba.
The only conclusion we can really come out of it, is that its suppose to be desguised so to be less detectible.

i think it looks like Mars or Mercury from Invader Zim, when Dib and Zim were flying the planets that sprouted engines and trying to hit eachother
