Ive been hearin alot about the DE-10 I think these are only lootable off the Death Watch Ghosts correct me if Im wrong. Well I really want one(as Im sure we all do) but where is the best place to look to buy one of these? Last question how much does a decent one of these go for? Thanks for any replies.

Ive' gotten all mine from blacksun henchmen and thugs...killed around a thousand and only got 3 barrels and 5 schem.I have only killed around 20 others totally..Iknow the wraiths drop bh armour outside the bunker. As far as price, depends on server, Bria's schem run from 500k to 2mil and barrels from 1 mil to 3 mil...it's best to get your own, be prepared for your armour to degrade very fast though.

1)No the owner of the merchant is the person who placed and intialized it.
2)Yes, but this current patch idea will let you place 0 items on it.

Because in the new patch they want to create your items will be determined by your merchant skills ie if you have 0 you can place 0 items. If you the artitan lvl3 version of merchant you can only hold 60 items...haven you seen the other posts? LOL.

LOL I have now...well what happens to items already on the vendor when the publish gets live??
Also this is publish 10 right...not the one coming in tuesday??

Correct, publish 10. Nothing happens to the itemsfrom my understanding. Just you can't place any more. I think they all go to your stockroom and if they haven't been moved after a month say good bye!

- If a doc buff me , can i be rebuff, before the 1st buff go down, or without being DB?
- Is a doc gain more xp for healing 2 bars, health and action instead of only one bar? I mean, if u use a stim on a guy who have only action dam? u will heal him only action bar (...), will u gain more xp if he has action and health dammaged, so u heal this 2 stats (for the same "cost" in maind and stim for you)

yes you can overbuff a current buff, BUTonly if the buff is as high, or higher then the buff you curently have.
the more you heal, the more XP you get.
if you 1000 health or 500 health and 500 action, i think it will be about the same xp. I have been maxed for so long i cant be 100% sure about that, but i think i am right.

Ok, but if u use a stim, u heal action and health, so to gain more xp, is better that the "patient" have health AND action dammaged? or u gain same xp t heal only one bar?
