This is what I just don't get. Why are people so upset about having to spend X amount of $ on an expansion in order to get a reward? Do we really have that many people who have been playing the game for that long who -won't- be getting the expansion?
I dunno bud, i've been playing along time but i'm one of these BETA+ 5+5 month vets, thats a long time, i find there method of rewarding players is more likely to make me not buy JTL than buying it, its just bad taste from Sony.

Is the 6 month time frame on this award indicative of the release date of JtL? Perhaps it's to keep us from cancelling over the next 6 months while the JtL slogs along?

So that means i wont get the vetran ship tho ive played since begging of game but just recently i canceld mysubscriptiontho after 1 mounth i came back and activated it agian and it remeberd my name and stuff so will i recive the vetran ship or not in this case?

Personnally, i didnt buy SWG with expectations of free stuff from the devs just because ive enjoyed playing for 6 months. It's a bonus as i see it. As far as i remember on no part of the box, instruction manual or pre-release quotes was it mentioned that we would get anything for playing a set amount of time.
I wasnt aware we were getting this, and nobody else was but we were all still gonna buy JTL anyway, so cant see why poeple are getting so worked up about it. All i know is i got a FREE multiplayer ship at my disposal

Also, if some of the halfwits moaning its not good enough for them, if you read the original post carefully it does actually say the 'first' ofthe veteran rewards. No go pick your dummies up.
