So is there any way to tell if you even qualify for the veteran reward if you haven't bought JTL already?
BTW, I typed /getveteranreward a little while ago and it told me that the veteran system is disabled or something like that. Typing /claimVeteranReward didn't give me any message at all.

It tells me I'm not quailified for the reward. My Account says I signed up April 25th, 2004... Looks like 180 days to me.

I'm also having the same problem. I tried it once, got the window/form to chose the reward, tried it, then it errored out saying I don't have JTL enabled. Today, I try it, I get nothing, not even the window to chose the reward (which isn't JTL specific). Something is very much bugged. My JTL is supposed to show up tomorrow - will I be able to use it then?

Requirements for SoroSuub Yacht:
- Member for 180 days straight (no on and off)- some have reported a 200 day level
- Registered JTL (Key has been entered)
- JTL is active (today was official launch day)

I think the reward time is actually based on days logged in. I started playing July 4, 2003, have never let my acct lapse and when i type /getveteranrewardtime it says 317 days, when it should be many more than that.

The problem is those people who cant open the option box for the reward anymore.. alredy qualified for it!
So its a bug that they(we) cant open it anymore, just because we tried befor it was possible for us.
All that need to be done is to bring the selection box back and evrything would be fine.
This has to be fixed asap

the /claimVeteranReward doesnt work for me either and i dont have JTL yet, but the /getveteranrewardtime is working. Tells me i have 314 days. That Number is right, BUT my account was canceled for at least 6 months and that time is in the 314 days. It seems the System does not check if the account has been canceled, it just counts from the first activation. Not that i have a Problem with that...

It could be that they are fixing it that's my opinion. Since many people myself included can't claim thier rewards even with more than 180 days logged they might have accidently or purposefully turned it off so they can fix the problem

This may seem really simple...but it seems you cant claim the reward if your in a group, i tried it on my jedi and nothing happened, i went on my padawan alt and it worked fine...i then went back on my jedi, disbanded and it worked fine...

Yes, some people wiht gamecards are having issues, also if you cancelled your account but still had time left and then renewed your account, you time is reset to 0 days .So some people are getting screwed over for that as well.
