I had the 450 day reward with the other choices to choose from, I know the yacht gives at 180 days so i picked that one, but it also says rank 2 on my yacht , so does a 450 day give you a higher rank yacht? Can anyone explain what this does?
I cant go back and change it claim 450 day reward so I guess im stuck lol.

I can shed a little light on this. I've got JTL and I qualify for the yacht. I was in the beta from around day 10 or so, so I know what the correct syntax for claim is.
Before I installed JTL i recieved the email telling me that I was eligable (funnily enough it told me I was eligable for the 90 day, even tho my account was started at the start of april) typing /claimveteranreward I was presented with the screen letting me choose the milestone. Now knowing that I couldn't do anything till I got JTL i simply closed the box and waited.
Now having installed JTL I tried /claimveteranreward again (and every differant combo/spelling you could think of) and nothing happens, I get no error messages telling me of incorrect syntax but the milestone picker does not appear, infact nothing happens at all.
I /bug ged this right away, but then having got no reply after a couple of days I went into the instachat and spoke to a CSR. They told me that there is a bug with the /claimveteranreward where the box is not opening, and the dev's we're working on it and that I should check the forums and try again next week.
Now the only thing that bugs me after almost 2 hours solid searching is that there is not 1 message from a dev acknowledging this problem, saying that they are working on it, or are even aware that it exists. I'm not going to say that the CSR i spoke with was lying, I can't see why they would, but thats the current position, all those having problems should just keep trying apparently...

Check your inventory for the schematic...this happened to me, later I checked my inventory and it was there.

I now have a new problem too, when i do the /getvet thing to get the days logged, it's going backwards!
Friday it was 185 days, saturday it was 178 and now today it's 176......
and the /claimveteranreward STILL isnt working, and still no official word from any of the devs as to why this is bugged to hell.....

Here is my vet reward story if someone is interessted:
before I bought JTL I got the mail, that I will receive the rewarde. /getVeteranRewardTime said 221 days and /claimVeteranReward let me see the ship - but I needed JTL. Then I bought JTL installed it and logged in. I could not get the reward and the time said 0 days. I tryed it again the next day. I could claim the reward and the time said 243 days. And today the time says 232 days.
I have no idea whats going on, but keep trying
