Oops.. I guess that's me included. But at least I want to make things harder..

The creative ideas are almost always buried below an endless heap of such 'whine' threads.

You misunderstand. I'm not saying the vette is too hard at all. At no point did I "whine" that it was too hard did I? In fact, the only person "whining" here so far seems to be you.
What I am saying is that given the current server population (and you have to have your head buried in the sand to not see it) it is increasingly difficult to get the group together. Even 8 people is very near impossible.
I am NOT suggesting an "easier" route. I am suggesting a little thought be put into an alternative...that's all!

I hope they change the entire mission structure so I don't have to fly with any of you idiots. I was kind of hoping they would leave the 'group intent' out of JtL, because so far it's turned the ground game into one long starport barking session. The only fun I've had in SW:G in a month is crafting, and that's because I don't have other players around screwing it up.

Got to agree with Hawk there. Yet another master run on Kessel has been ruined by morons who can't follow simple instructions like , "Stop firing on the vette!" Of the 3 potential masters only 1 made it because the other 2 were getting repaired. And I happened to be one of the other 2.
So I've had it with this pile of sh1t game. Account cancelled, I'm off to play WoW.

At the risk of being lambasted, some people just don't *deserve* to be Aces in the common sense meaning of the word. Ten bucks says Mr. Greedy goes on to never help a single person with their missions.

Hope you're not referring to me. I can probably gather at least a dozen players who I have helped in space and at the very least, half a dozen Jedi who I have tracked targets for (for their trials) and there are several players running around out there wearing Hero of Tatooine badges because of my help. Facts, get them before shooting off your mouth. I wear a "Helper" badge with pride and I'm one of the few players for whom the "Helper" badge is more than just something floating above my head to confuse noobs.
Hawk has a valid point, grouping with morons is absolutely infuriating, why should we have to do it? Hell, I'll solo 150 Agressors just so I don't have to group with anymore idiots.
Doesn't matter anyway, account runs out on the 2nd and the Euro final beta of WoW starts a few days later...problem solved. If they remove this group sh1t then I'll be back.

No, I'm not referring to you. I'm referring to the guy who popped the Vette while you were repairing.
The "MINE MINE GIMMIE GIMMIE" userbase in this game seriously needs to be taken into the back alley and shot at point-blank range with a large-caliber handgun.

I cancelled both of my accounts after SWG made it abundantly clear that they dont want PVP in space.

Well, I finally mastered but it was bittersweet, 2 of the people I was grouped with failed because they were repairing their ships and stupid people don't seem to comprehend "stop firing." The DEVS have designed it this way on purpose, call me cynical but prove I'm wrong, I dare you! This is a classic timesink, they tend to backfire divots.
