I got a few questions for you. Answer them if your allowed - anyone.


1. Will you be adding to the ground world sometime?

2. I was thinking about the vehicles and pets, Will you be making more vehicles for on the ground and letting people fly their X-Wings on the ground?

Not sure if this has been addressed, but hopefully we can get a dev response.


Although I can't imagine why anyone wouldn't get the expansion, realistically, not everyone will. So let's say you got a group of players in the ground game, half of which have the expansion while the others don't. If, in that hypothetical situation, someone who has a YT-1300 whips it out at a starport and launches, will the non-expansion-owning players be automatically kicked from the group, or will the ship simply fail to launch (i.e. system message stating not all player in group capable of space travel)?

Just like to say that its looking fantastic so far, dont know if its been mentioned but is there a demo of the multi pasenger craft as i would be very interested to see how that has been implemented, and would fuel my dream of being able to stand on the bridge of a capital ship and bark orders at everyone

3. How about a new system of storage, Making vehicles and pet mounts able to store things (depends on the quality of resources and what resources are used)

4. And what about letting 2 players ride in landspeeders and on speeder bikes. Also in the J2LS expansion what about 2 players in an x-wing or a TIE fighter (1 shooting and driving while the other gets transported to a different planet + interiors should be walkable in all ships that would be in the films.

5. If we would be allowed to use tie fighters and x-wings on the ground, would we be able to land ontop of our houses and guild halls? (would give a good reason to have a balcony or an openair level to a house)

6. Will there be any new houses and furniture available at some stage?

Thanks for the great info and for all the hard work on JTL. Like so many others, I can't wait.

For anyone who also plays the Starwars Roleplaying game this new expansion is going to be a dream. I am extremely excited for this and I will definatly keep an eye on the development of this. YEAH!

Xwing Ywing Bwing are all 1 man fighters.

If they let star ships be in land combat to they should add the T-16 and the Hoth land speeder.(forgot the name) for the rebel faction.


And for landing a star ship at your PA hall. Why not have there be a large like Star port for pa's



Doing months of questing so i can have the skills i want for jedi and in a sad way i like it.

I'll probably get flamed here but i had to speak...everything sounds fun, interesting, and worth the wait but i'm a little concerned about those who could really care less about space combat... I tried a few other space combat games and come to one conclusion.. BORING... Its definitely an aspect SWG needs, but it also desperately needs new planets to explore in my opinion, that should come before, or with the expansion. I would love to hop in my ship and fly out to 'daegobah'

I am excited about hopping in a ship and flying around with my friends, but only if we have a place to go... i am going to dread flying my ship in to an invisible barries (the end of space?) much like you do on the small planets we inhabit now.

this will definitley bring in a whole lot of new players, not sure if it will keep the olds one happy...

The Core game is far more important and needs work before the expansion should be released.

Being a rebel smuggler, if I'm not allowed to fly a YT-1300 I am truly going to be sick. I can't smuggle in an X-wing.

If you decide to go for a faction profession in the JTL can you also remain neutral or will you always be declared? Sorry if this topic has already been covered
