i question what armour your talking about if its faction armour then thats a fair price if its normal armour then you can buy it cheaper just look around i sell armour for a max of 250k on my server for a complete set so i surgest you look around

No, and from what I read a few days ago, if you are just under the weapon cap you can slice no further either.
